no it doesnt make you less of a fan. I dont know how to explain it. But just because they havent saved your life it doesnt mean it makes you less of a fan.

Way Down` [[Shes Dressed To Kill]] no it doesnt make you less of a fan. I dont know how to explain it. But just because they havent saved your life it doesnt mean it makes you less of a fan. Some times I feel like it tho. Don't. They haven't saved my life, but I got a different point of view of how Frank kicked Gerard in the balls. ((Like as in it happened to me.)) I think my friend's hate me. My life sucks.

It's not weird or wrong. That's just normal. You don't have to have them save your life to make you a huge fan. I don't think they've saved my life yet, but I'm still a huge fan.

So? They don't have to save you from jumping off a brige to influence you. And you don't have to be depressed to be a friend. I know plenty of kids who are the biggest MCR fans, who are very cheerful people. C:

MCR saves bunches of kids' lives, but if they haven't saved your life, it doesn't make you less of a fan! If you love their music dearly, then you are a true fan.

Whenever I have to do something that scares the living crap out of me, I blast My Chemical Romance's song "Drowning Lessons". It always helps me to know that there's someone who just might have my back. I don't know if it counts as saving me (I mean, I'd probably go into hysterics otherwise) but listening to their music sure does feel good, am I right?

I'm with you there. I've never came across a time where MCR saved my life. But they have helped me get through hard times, like my birthdays when I get really depressed and become a bit suicidal.
You shouldn't feel less of a fan because they haven't saved your life. The important thing is their music affects you, and it make you feel good. And that's why we're all fans. Regardless of lives saved or not.

D;; is this like weird or wrong? It can't make you any less of a fan. If you love them, because of who they are, however the music may affect you, things like. Even if they haven't saved you, you're still as big as a fan as any of us here.

It does not make you any less of a fan dear <3 I found MCR when they put out their first cd. I adored them for their music alone. By the time the Black Parade came out.. it was a different story. See, my mom died of Cancer last year.. on my birthday. When I get sad, I listen to "Cancer"
It makes me sad.. but that song is beautiful. It reminds me of her so much. Now, enough of me being emo. Time for lunch >>

It doesn't make you less of a fan. I don't think they've ever saved my life. They might've because 7th grade for me sucked. Everyone was so preppy and hip hop was all they talked about. It really irritated me. So maybe they did save me from pure torture because after i got into them i was much happier. But it doesn't make you any less of a fan. The music is what people should love. And if you do love the music then you're a true fan!
