Gatherers should be taking trips into the forest every week. I don't expect you to post about every trip, but if anything interesting happens, then everyone will want to know.
I'll post prompts from time to time and notify the gatherers when the prompts are up. All prompts will have an ornate border, so they'll be easy to see.
