These menaces are wanting on charges of heinous acts against all shinobi. Genin are urged to aviod them at all cost and others are urged to take extreme caution when dealing with these monsters.

Appearance(if no photo, just describe him/her): There's a black and white pic in my sig. That's Thane. He's armored, has a HUGE sword, and flaming red hair and eyes. The armor is bone white, his cloak is pure white, and he stands about 6'3"
Age: 36
Jutsu description: He does not use chakra to directly attack his foe, nor does he often use illusions. His specialty is in his unique sense of control. He uses chakra to control other things to attack. The most basic form of this is much like telekinesis. However, that is nothing compared to his elemental abilities. Earth, water, wind, and fire all bend to his will, and are used by him to a very formidible degree.
Background: He is a government backed ninja hunter. He is, in the long run, one of the aces in the hand of the mundane people. He is a chakra using ninja hunter.
His chakra usage is sanctioned for only two reasons. 1: He works for the governments for dirt cheap pay. 2: He is effective. He has a reputation for finding gatherings of ninja and slaughtering them all.
Needless to say, once he finds a target gathering, be it a village, or just a house hiding a single ninja, he is relentless. He brings to bear overwhelming force until the shinobi are dead and the buildings that hid them are razed to the ground. His methods are brutal, bloody, and chilling to behold.

Abilities: No natural chakra ability. Powers are granted through an extensive series of chakra-based tattoos, granting incredible regenerative powers. Skeleton is reinforced with bands of steel to prevent breaks. Capable of inhuman burst of speed. Minimal dexterity prevents rapid changes in direction, however, physical abilities negate this necesssity, as he will simply smash through the obstacles in his path. Known for acts of severe depravity, including tendencies twords rape, infanticide and cannibalism. Gains sadistic pleasure from the killing of innocents. Low intelligence results in almost no tactical planning.
((Essentially, he's got th' regenerative powers of wolverine from th' X-men, with th' destructive powers of Juggernaut. He big and fast, but can't turn well, and is rather easily outsmarted. But he does learn fast...))
