Think Havoc will die one day after smoking so frequently?- HE'D BETTER NOT!!!!!
Will he ever find the perfect girlfriend that won't cheat on him?- Probably not (poor havoc), but i hope so, but not just yet, it's one of the comic reliefs in FMA
Will you date him because you felt bad for him?- nope I don't do that. Even if i did, i don't date smokers

Think Havoc will die one day after smoking so frequently? It might be a factor to his untimely demise but he doesn't seem to care. I doubt he'd die happy if he didn't have a cig always in his mouth.
Will he ever find the perfect girlfriend that won't cheat on him? Probably, now after he's paralyzed from the legs down he'll get noticed and lots of pity dates. Personally I'd find it hilarious if he started dating Major General Armstrong. That'd be an awkward meet the parents... again.
