The requirements to join the pack is really very simple.

1. You just have to have a combination of at least 2 of the following colors: Red, Black, White<-(highlight)
2. You have to WANT to be in the pack (duh lol)
3. You have to RP. You don't have to be great at it, but please, RP in here so we can keep the pack going. I think once a week wouldn't be too hard?

Assessments - Assessments are Ulaya that have wandered into a clearing often searching for a home. These Ulaya must prove themselves worthy to become a part of a pack.

Pack Members - Not all Ulaya hold positions, either for being new additions to the pack or not having defined their abilities yet. The Alphas take great care in selection of which position a Ulaya will be allowed to maintain. As the pack members gain time in the pack, their actions will dictate if they are to be advanced.

Guardians - The Guardians are a larger branch, usually consisting of a few Ulaya. Their job is to watch over the clearing, and the Ulaya in it. Their job is to greet visitors, as well as chase them away if there seems to be a threat.

Hunters - In charge of getting meat for the pack. They will go out at least every 3 days on a hunt to bring back enough food for the whole pack.

Gatherers - In charge of gathering berries, roots, mushrooms and other forage for food. Since these foods stay fresher for longer periods of time, the gatherers will only have to go out once a week.

Shaman - A Ulaya that shows interest and skill in caring for weakened packmates. The Shaman of the pack ensures when any Ulaya is wounded, they recover properly not putting too much stress on their wounds. They also watch over the older or ill Ulaya of the pack. They serve as a doctor, and try to keep the pack in a healthy state.

Betas - Play the roll of nanny if there are any cubs, when the rest of the pack is out hunting etc. They also are in charge of training the new Ulaya how to hunt, fish etc. If for any reason the Alphas are away from the living area, the Betas will serve as temporaries.

Alphas - In charge of keeping everyone organized, and making sure the pack members are doing their jobs. If another pack or predator comes onto the territory, they're expected to lead thier pack to get them safe. Everyone looks to the Alpha for organization; they're the leasers, and should act accordingly.

They live in the middle of a forest, in a clear patch that has a decent sized waterhole with a stream that leads into the woods. There is a grouping of rocks that form a shelter that they use for a den. There is a large rock near the waterhole that is perfect to lay in the sun on. The clearing is mostly grass, with a few wildflowers growing here and there. The woods surrounding them are mostly maple trees, with pines tucked in sparsley. The stream that runs through the forest often has trout and other fish swimming in it. It's very peaceful and serene here, and the only predators to ever show up have been bears wanting to get at the fish in the stream.
