I'm not really sure if a thread like this has already been made, but here it goes.
Recently on Youtube, I've been seeing a lot of movies pertaining to Israel, especially with the recent outbreak of fighting...again. I was just wondering if all this media is bias. Can these movies be true? Does Israel actually act this way, and if so, is it justified?
I really want to know the flip side of the argument, because what I'm seeing puts Israel in this light of being a terror state with a dictatorship. I really have no information on it outside of the news.
I also want to know if anyone has a different opinion. I want to know both sides, and I want this forum to last long than 1 page! So just write what you feel is going on.

What sort of things do you see in the videos?
I've seen a few myself, and they're certainly biased; although whether in favor of Israel or not depends on the stuff.
For example, a lot of stuff my friends from ED-P have shown me makes it look like Israel just busts down innocent people's homes, kills them, and doesn't give a s**t. What they fail to show is that the militants who are firing rockets into Israel are hiding, pretending to be civilians, so that's really the only way to get at them.
So, yeah, what are you seeing in these movies?

This video is kinda long, and loud, and rantish. This man, he isn't a bad guy. He just states his opinion on youtube and rants for a very long time about it. I don't agree with some of the things he says, but I must say he handles his critism quite well, and knows his argument. This is admirable on a silly website like youtube. He posted the video in response to this man named Pat Condell who has been accused of being a racist for degrading Muslim values, which in my professional opinion, deserves degrading. (So does every religion in some way) This movie was posted in response to Warren's video about Israel. This is what really pissed me off. I don't really know why, it just did. They make it seem like all settlers act this way. Perhaps there is a reason the settlers do what they do... What I do know is that the way people write, OMG ZIONIST PIGS, it makes me want to slap them in the face. They don't live there, and they don't know the full story, which neither do I obviously. I just wish people weren't so stupid. I guess.

I try to stay clear of searching youtube for anything about Jews, Judaism and Israel because there always will be either some really immature stuff or severely anti-semitic and anti-Israel slander which just gets me really angry.
People always are quick to blame Israel for everything because, yes, if you look at numbers, during their conflicts more civilians on the opposite side get killed than Israeli's. A lot of the time though they fail to realize, or choose to ignore, that in armed conflicts civilians do get killed and the numbers rise even higher if the enemy is hiding within civilians.
*watches videos*
The first video had me lost at "the US has killed millions of people in Iraq". So I stopped watching since I could tell where his...um...anger?...was going to go.
As for the second video, if that is actual true and genuine footage and not staged, its sad but also obviously only being shown from one perspective.

Where are the movies of the crap that happens in Persia to the Jews, or even in Jerusalem for heaven's sake. Blah. And as for the second video, I'm sure they fueled all of that and just taped it to make it look like they're horrible people. That's how "reality" is portrayed these days: the most interesting out of what they can cause. It's like prodding cattle. Something will happen, and when it does, they're there to film it all.

Concerning videos such as these -- whenever anyone attempts to make a connection between Israel and Iraq, or starts talking about, for example, how many Jews are in the US Congress, it's pretty much a given that they are full of s**t, and probably another conspiracy nut who thinks the Protocols are for real.
