The plot is simple. Every where those who are vampires strike the streets where as those who want to be a vampire, cant. A new magic called "Monocrama" had been discovered which can change you to something, new. You could be whatever you want, for a small fee. The Monocrama Magic demanded one thing and one thing over, for you to have a ruler, a master, of the kind you are to be. This master would give half of him/her self to you, so you could have the power. In return, whenever your master needed strength, he would draw it to you. The Monocrama user's had one weakness and one strength. They drew there energy from volcanoes well there energy is drained by oceans. Monocrama users can switch from human to There chosen species.
