I'm going to be doing my Journal now. Please comment on everything, I want good nutrition. D: I'm pretty bad at dieting, to be honest. I want to lose a ton of weight. So here goes ;D

[~Taco.Bandito~]'s Week 1 biggrin ay 1: May 21, 2007. Starting Weight. D: 230. Morning: Small bagel+Water 10:30 Turkey and Swiss sandwich on Pumpernickel. Fruit Punch. 65 Calories on the carton. :] Get home: Banana+Celery+Water Dinner: Undecisive Yet+ Celery+Water
Exercise: 100 Crunches 50 Push ups Afterschool 30 minutes walking around neighborhood while studying.
(I like to plan) What I'm going to do? Wake up@6:00: Do 25 crunches and 10 pushups. Take a warm shower, brush teeth, get a bagel and water and go to school. 10:30: Get a salad at the salad bar. And milk. Bring Celery to school. 2:30: Get home. Change into cloths, Bring my stuff to study with me. 3:00ish: Eat my Apple and Celery with my Water. Finish up all my homework and do my Powerpoint slides for my project. Later time, eat my dinner and water. Add some extra celery. D: I love celery. Finish studying and go to bed. :]
