When first entering the compound, everyone has to pass through the entrance room. The entrance rooms leads into a hallway (which leads into the center, open area of the compound). Within this hallway, are mailboxes within the walls.
They are simple wooden (oddly enough) things with keyholes in them, and slots just large enough to slip mail into. On the front of each mailbox is also a small metal plate, with a number fixed to it.
((Alright, to make this simple...this is where you can send IC notes to people. Say your guardian wants to set up a PD with another guardian, and sends a letter to them - address it to them, and post it here. It's bsaically just been slipped into their mailbox.))
