Title- The sweetest things
Pairing (if yaoi or yuri) - Um. Misa/L or Misa/Light
Rating- possibely could get high.
Brief description- Misa gets bored allways locked up in the investagation head quarters. On one very lonly night she ends up bakeing cookies and other sweets. L ever the sweet addict finds his way onto Misas floor and sees her in a new way as the creator of amazing goodies. But what will happen when Light arrives? Nothing cause he doesent love Misa, or does he?

Misa was so tired of being stuck inside. They kept her locked away in the head quarters, and left her alone while working. On this priticular day she was wandering around the floor that L had given her so she wouldent annoy any one. She found her way into the small kitchen, and explores the cabinites. She grins finding a bunch of chocolate and backing supplies. It did appear to be one way to waste time. She toke out a bunch of things and started bakeing. First were the double chocolate brownies. The batter was quick to make and she poors it into the pan. As she slips it into the hot oven she hears the door. She jumps up hoping Light might have come to see her. As she does she glances in the mirrior and laughs at the flour and sugar covered girl that looks back.

L sat in his chair, his dark-lined eyes half closed with boredom as he looked around. Watari had gone to the police station to talk to Chief Yagami, and had forgotten to make cake. He got up, heading to Misa's room and unlocking the door before going in. He could smell baked goods, and he could tell where it was coming from. He trudged into the living room, looking around. "Miss Amane?," he called.

Misa gives a dissapointed sigh at the voice that wasent Light's, but compant was company. She makes her way into the living room while she trys to wipe her hands on her appron.
"Hello." she says with a smile, "What brings you to Misa's floor?"

L looked at the sugar-and-flour-covered girl and shrugged. "I smelled sweets. Watari forgot to make my cake before he left," he said, shoving his hands into his pockets and scratched the back of his right leg with his left foot.

Misa smiles and turns back to the kitchen.
"L will follow Misa if he wants sweets." She says turning back at the kitchen door.
Misa walks into the kitchen and starts to melt chocolate for the top of the brownies.

L smiled slightly, starting to like Misa a bit more. He trudged after her, then his face lit up when he entered the kitchen. "It smells delicious in here," he commented, smiling.

"Thank you," Misa says stiring the melting chocolate," There are some strawberrys over there to tide you over till the brownies are done." She justures towards the counter were she had strawberrys she intended to dip in the chocolate that remained after covering the brownies.

L smiled again. "Thank you, Amane-chan," he said, his eyes shining with happiness. He really was starting to like her, wondering why she liked Light so much. He grabbed three large strawberries, eating them and looking around.

She smiles and lifts the top of the chocolate melting pan and holds it out so that he can dip his strawberrys. She then sets it aside and goes to get the brownies out of the oven. The hot brownies fill the room with the amazing smell as they come out of the oven and get set on the cooling rack to cool abit. Misa pulls herself up on one of the few clean sections of counter and sits watching L.

L began to dip the strawberries, and was soon full and happy, even after eating very little. "Thank you, Amane-chan. You're a saint," he said with a kind smile. "I thought I was going to die if I didn't eat something sweet."

"Well then your silly idea that Iam Kira must be gone now," She states,"If I was Kira I most deffinitly wouldent save your life by feeding you. And If Iam not Kira that must mean that my love Light isent Kira because If he was Kira I wouldent do something aginst him like help you." She smiles proud of her logic.
