This is my Catalan, Finnish and Bosnian influenced conlang this language is not used in my pre-existing conworld and has 15 dialects.

Bb as in book
Cc as in camera (beginning and middle)
Dd- as in Day
Ee- ey as in hey
Ff- as factory
Gg - (beginning of a word) S as in measure (Middle & end) Y as in yet
Hh- (beginning) as in hat (middle & end )silent
Ii- (short) (beginning) as in Sit, (end & long) ee as in meet
Jj- y as in yet
Kk- as in kitten
Ll- as in lisp
Mm- as in mother
Nn- (before k) ng as in ring (elsewhere) as in on

Áá - ah but with the mouth more open
Àà- ah but with the mouth more closed
Ââ- ahk as in talk
Ää- aa as in cat
Čč- ch as in chat (but more rounded)
Ćć- ch as chart
Çç- s as in saw
Éé - ay as in say
Èè- eh as in set
Êê- eh (but more open)
Íí- ee (but more open)
Ïï- Igh + ee as in My cream
Óó- emphasis on 'o' (opened)
Òò- emphasis on 'o' (closed_
Öö- ur as in First
Šš- Sh (but more rounded)
Üü-oo (with lips tightly rounded)

Lj (same as Ll)
Rr- Triple rolled at the front of the mouth
Dž- english "J" but with tongue raised at the back of the mouth

Vowel Harmony:

The groups of vowels do NOT appear within one word.


Á ,À, Â ,Ä are not used together in the same word
Čč, Ćć, Çç are not used together in the same word
Éé , Èè, Êê, Íí, Ïï, Óó, Òò, Öö may be used together in the same word
Šš and Žž may not be in the same word together.

Another interesting language! I like the use of accented consonants being used for vowels! I've only seen consonants being used for vowels in one other language but I think that was supposed to be a joke. I like it alot though.
