So, let's discuss Sokka. Is his humorous personality actually a front he puts up to disguise his actual feelings? Will he love anyone again, or is Suki his last girlfriend? Will he ever trust Zuko? How will his attitude and relationships change?

Hmmm... Sokka, Sokka, Sokka.
I think that sometimes he puts up a front to disguise his feelings, especially when he's depressed or has been thinking about Yue.
I kinda hope Suki is his last girlfriend, but I wouldn't be upset if he kept flirting with Ty Lee. I'm kinda hoping Suki is still alive, though.
I think that, given time and the right situations, he can trust and maybe even befriend Zuko. Afterall, they're peers and have some similar interests and life experiences.

So, it looks like Sokka got some new amour in the next season. It also seems kinda like he's in charge of the attack, though I guess that makes sense. He is the idea guy and the gaang's resident warrior, so I guess he'd be best suited to lead the attack.

SOKKA! ILOVEYOU!
Sokka was so awesome in the last episode. His ways of improvising during his training were quite amusing. xD So was his shopping trip.
... I wanna see a Zuko vs Sokka sword fight now.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks Sokka has been one of the best characters so far this season. I mean, seriously; when all the other characters were being annoying and stupid, he was being awesome with his usual humor and by learning a new skill. He's always been one of my favourite characters, but now he has become immeasurably awesome.

I agree, Sokka is awesome as always this season ^^ His sword skills, they rock to the point of competing with Zuko's! *shot*
Really, There's GOT to be a Sokka-Zuko swordfight somewhere in this season, there's just gotta be!

And now, given his reaction to Azula's baiting him, I'd say that yes, some of his humorous character for a while must have been partially a front. You can tell he's been worried over Suki, and guilty, even(remember how protective he was of her in Serpant's Pass) I'm foreseeing some slight Sokka-angst in episodes to come over Suki... I hope they find her soon. I don't imagine Zuko'd know where Azula was keeping her, would he?
I agree with you there, Rachaella, Zuko and him will become friends...eventually ^^ but yes, they're both going to need time, patience with each other, and trust to be rebuilt. But it's likely to be pretty touchy between them for a while.

Agreed. The poor guy keeps losing his girlfriends, so he's due for some angst and emotional crisis. I really hope they find Suki, too. Hopefully Zuko has some clue as to where she might be, though I doubt Azula would tell anyone where she keeps her prisoners. >.>
I can't wait to see some Zuko and Sokka interaction. I'm almost as excited for it as I am for zutara. xD
