Yeah so, noobish question how do you start/get bike races/missions or w/e?

You do one of the NPC's quest's with the golden goblins in it. Once you complete it you get the area word "passing." Any area starting with that word will give you a bike mission. Good Luck! ^^

Good Luck! ^^ You should also make sure to get the highest level bike parts you can. Other wise its really hard.

Its a quest that you get sometime after you get the Theta Server @Home.
You have to play tag with the five golden goblins back from the .hack//Liminality games. (Infection, Mutation, Outbreak and Quarantine) Your goal is to tag them all within 5 minutes, on your bike.
Once you get that you get the bike levels, which are the same levels no matter what are words you put in. It is the easiest of the quests, for all you need is a sense of timing and very good bike parts.

There's a glitch in the bike missions
During the mission, just before you acquire a King Chim Chim, hit Select to bring up the map. Press O to exit the map and snag the King immediately after the map disappears. If you do this correctly, when you get the King Chim Chim, you will instantly acquire all three of the necessary Kings and finish the mission.
You'll obtain the best parts of the bike after finishing each mission in first place

(if timed right) It'd be very hard to get the top rank without it. ^^ I'd probably only make it to the fourth rank if it wasn't for that cheat. XP

I don't know how many times I've tried that glitch and failed... I guess I ahve bad timing.

Man, I don't even know how you people managed to beat the first one where you have to catch all five goblins....I got four out of five everytime but couldn't reach the last one in time...maybe I just suck with the bike missions! Heh sweatdrop

Beating the goblins takes practice, also thanks so much for posting about the glich before I read that post I was going insane trying to get the top rank. ^^

I got the five goblins on my first try, however I had the best bike parts that I could buy, what I'm trying to do now is raise my bike rank so I can raise my guild rank, but no matter how hard I ride my bike my ranke barley goes up, can anyone give me advice?

Beating the Goblins takes alittle bit of time. Once you get it down, it's easy. Anywho, for the actually missions, you can just press select right before you hit the first king chim and you'll get all three. It's hard at first, but it gets easier with practice.

dmshin I got the five goblins on my first try, however I had the best bike parts that I could buy, what I'm trying to do now is raise my bike rank so I can raise my guild rank, but no matter how hard I ride my bike my ranke barley goes up, can anyone give me advice? buy all the bike parts and when you enter an area with the monster use it all the time(ecspecially after you got no.1 in every bike mission)there is one bike part that could make you invisible by monster and they're not moving like they always do
