I hate what stress does to me. There's a whole bunch of fighting going on around here, because the business is getting screwed up. The joys of home offices.
I have nothing to do with what's going on, and I'm still getting wound up tighter than a... I dunno, tighter than something that's wound up really tight.
And when I get stressed I start digging holes in my skin and picking at my flesh. It's really gross, and painful, but I can't help it. It's a compulsive urge to find something like a mole or a freckle or an ingrown hair or any kind of flaw on any visible area of skin and start digging it out with my finger nails. I can go on for hours doing this to myself.
Sometimes I pick at my scalp and face too, but I need a mirror to really gouge my face. I've been avoiding mirrors as much as I can now.
So now I have barely my fingertips visible and wearing a sweater in this already incredibly hot room so I'll freaking STOP PICKING AT MYSELF.
Typing is keeping my hands busy enough to stop, so that's why this big wall o' text is here. Sorry folks.
Picking is classified as self mutilation- hey look ma, I'm EMO! ugh, that's not so good. -_- Great, now when I go to the doctors for help they're just going to think I'm a trend whore. Then again the doctors here are so ******** clueless half the time they won't help me at all.

No. But I probably would use it to dig more holes. Those shredder claws could work really well. Ten times the mutilation in only half the time!

Digging these holes is really starting to hurt. But not doing it is just as irritating.
I should go take a shower or something, but being naked means I'll get to see every single piece of flesh I need to pick at. sad
I wish the doctor puts me on anti anxiety meds or tranquilizers or some s**t like that.
edit::
I don't pick deep enough to hit anything deep like an artery. And if I can't see it I don't pick at it. ...I bet I'll develop some lovely scarring if this continues.

Just one truck got vandalized. Someone smashed in the windsheild of the Suzuki Carry, as well as cut a bunch of cables and loosened a bunch of connections in the same vehicle.
There's like, thousands of dollars worth of damage to the landscaping trailer (actually caused by Colter) plus my dad's really choked at Colter for busting the front door after a yelling match over payroll. Not to mention the ongoing dispute that while I have nothing to do with it am getting it dumped on me anyways.
I'm just not equipped to handle the real world on my own. I'm like, defective or something.

Picking at your skin is an indicator of mental illness. You should probably get that medicated. Exaggerate your condition to the doc if that's what you need to get meds. neutral

Me? Mentally ill? NEVER! Kehehehehe, right.
I've probably got a whole host of mental illnesses, but looking them up turns me into one of those hypochondriac types. Saying OMG I've got ____!! at just about everything I come across.
I'm hoping the doc will agree with me that I need something like a tranquilizer or something that will actually affect my mood to calm me down and keep me on a sort of level field. I've been on a couple of seratonin reuptake inhibitors for clinical depression before and those would either gave me headaches ar do nothing at all.
