(( This will take place AFTER Carl leaves the temple, he has all his feathers back ))
Carl was back in town, and boy did it feel good. He'd learned alot last week and could hardly contain the grin of sattisfaction in what he'd done just moments ago. Willow and Sid would never see it comming of course, but the image of their faces when it happened were absolutely priceless to the senses. Ah such glorious entertainment as just desserts...it completely preoccupied his mind until, before he knew it, he stood before the shop. He pushed the door open and stepped in, sapphire optics darting about the chamber before he made his fluid approach to the center of the shop.
He'd been wanting to show off his new feathers, the larger, glossier pinions restoring his temporarilly cracked ego with a little something more than simple pride, but rather a new found appreciation for his coat. Yet...appreciation was also something that had come with losing them in the first place, so he decided a quiet arrival would be best for this particular morning, and rather than his usual trumpet the bird called out quietly. "Hello? Is anyone around?"

The small squirrel in the white labcoat would probably be recognized... maybe. The stethoscope was draped around his neck in a carefree manner, and he was writing in what appeared to be a sketch-pad journal. The pencil moved in his hand quickly and carefully, though the script it produced was a work of art in and of itself. It had been a long time since he had visited this place, but there he was in all of his squirrely glory. Rogue. He seemed a little preoccupied with his writing, and didn't see Carl for a moment or two. Then, he looked up as he saw the eagle, and a grin spread over his features - somehow aging him past the child that he looked to be.
"Carl! I thought I'd never see you again!"
He beamed, and stood, pocketing both journal and pencil as he walked over to greet the other. He had been scared of Carl once upon a time... but that time was over, and he had learned much. Enough to know that - even though it was natural instinct for a raptor to want to consume a creature such as himself - Carl would never dream of taking a bite out of him. Or so he hoped.
"I has been far too long... How are you? How's your mother? And MY... what beautiful feathers you've grown! You look stunning!"
He held out a hand, and looked right up to meet Carl's eyes. Gone was the shy, skittish little thing that had left the shop so long ago. Here was an intelligent, well-traveled child that seemed to have more experience under his belt than most his age. There was no shaking, no stuttering, and no slurring from the well-spoken squirrel now. He motioned to the couch where he had been seated.
"Come! Have a seat... tell me what I've missed!"

The bird was taken aback, the sight of the squirrel itself startling enough as it was - but to have him actually approach, rather than run? Oh Carl remembered it well. It had been long long ago, not too terribly far away that he'd swept from the blue heavens to meet the squirrel, his cries of delight having unfortunately led to the creature dashing away in horror of the winged terror. Not that he'd meant to scare him, but the event had ended poorly with him having lost conciousness, leading Carl to think he'd all but killed the unfortunate creature. However, it seemed that he was very much alive, and very much changed from the cowering snippet of a thing he once was.
A grin spread wide over his features and he willingly took the hand, grasping it firmly and giving it a good shake before releasing him. "Well look at you!! Rogue," As he'd later found out the squirrel's name to be. "It HAS been too long. Where did you vannish to and what DID they do to make you act like this? Whatever it is they did - I approve!" And he did! No more cowering, no more shivers, no more anxious looks of accusation towards the king as though he were some tyrant. Nay, it seemed that like Trea had, Rogue had snapped out of it.
Carl moved to the couch and slipped onto it, still observing Rogue but with a softer gaze than the fiersome excitement he'd once had. "My mother is fine, by the by, and I've been....growing...in my own way. How's your guardian? I bet the others will be happy to see you."

It wasn't long before the shop bell jingled to announce the arrival of yet another, or rather in this case, others. Trea held the door open as the small blue child Lucian ran in. A toy gun in hand he looked around. Trea watched the small boy with a smile. Her own tiny footsteps following his.
Toy gun in hand Lucian ran in, it wasn't long for him to spot Carl and Rogue. Though he had never met them before he lifted the toy gun up, took aim first on Carl, "BOOM BOOM! You're dead!" Then swiftly moving to target the other, "BOOM BOOM! Got you too!" He darted for the other couch and crouched behind it to see what other enemies he might face.

There was a familure figure watching the shop. Ebony locks billowing in the soft puffs of air. Her tail flickered as she saw those enter, one figure that she should've been familure with but failed in that prespective.
Her arms crossed wondering why LP even bothered to send her out here today. There were too many in the shop, and it wasn't at all her quite sanctuary. After a while of watching them she sighed and moved slowly Rosey beside her all the way.
"I don't see why you think you have to go inside. LP didn't say you had to stay at the shop. We could go else where, I'm sure there's a nice place to hang around." She grined softly at Willow, unhappy to see the Tigeress brooding about the shop and how crowded it was.
"Yes but who knows... maybe it'll more entertaining than that week with Carl." She said softly shurging as she walked along and paused at the door. As it swung open she slowly entered it eyeing everyone around Trea, Carl... was that Rouge? There was someone else but where were they. Her eyes narrowed. As she shifted her black button up shirt that was still left unbutton although instead of bandages she had a small maroon shirt on. Her pants were also different than the normal jeans, more of a black dress pants that were wider, sort of an LP style but they were a bit more dressier.

Carl hadn't at all suspected such a flood. The bell initially caught his attentions, but it was by whom it was pushed that caused him to freeze, sapphire optics wide. "T-Trea? You..." Up and down, he couldn't help it although his eyes never lingered in any plce other than those glass framed eyes of deep brown. "You grew!!! Wow...you look great...and....oh!"
BOOM BOOM! And apparently he was dead now. Right...new kid, apparently, but he was with Trea...only to be followed by the company of Willow who stepped in soon after the incident of dying.
Rather an awkward run in after having just spent a week together...he would show her what he'd learned though! Carl slipped off the couch and stood, giving respect to the older women whilst motioning to Rogue. "Trea, Willow, I presume you've met Rogue? And rogue, I presume you know both Trea and Willow? But here now..." He looked towards the little blue..thing..and cautiously approached, kneeling down. "Who's this? Some dangerous soldier out for my head? My my - I must be careful, I'm only just barely alive you know." Well, technically he was supposed to be dead, but if he was than it would be difficult to talk...well...to everyone but Willow anyways.
He turned his head in the tiger's direction and smiled. "Careful, Willow. If this keeps up I'll wind up having to hang around you for more than just a week, and we might wind up getting along." But he jested. They didn't not get along, they just weren't bossum buddies either.
Carl pushed himself up and moved back to Rogue, taking the thought that he'd been up long enough to pay his respect and would do better to keep his original company entertained. "Well, Rogue, it seems you have a welcome back party here - so what do you want to do? That is, if it's alright with Willow and Trea and our Soldier of course..."

Seeing the blue figure when Carl motioned to him her eyes narrowed dangerously. "L... Lucain?" She asked it was a question asked iwth uncertainally like she'd seen a ghost, but when didn't she. This was new to her, she'd not really seen her brother since he was an animal.
She'd almost forgotten about him, well actully she expected him to not really be around anymore, just a memory.... An ear flickered irriated and unhappy. What was she suppose to say to the little fellow after having not seen him since. She felt kinda bad.

Rogue's eyes went wide at the flood of others. Then he broke out into a grin, and clambered onto the nearest surface that would bring him eye level with everyone. It happened to be one of the tables. He looked around. New faces... old faces... faces he'd rather forget, and faces he longed to remember. But that was old news now. Today was today, and the past was passed. He waited only briefly before speaking. And the 'speech' showed everyone that the stuttering, shy, underdeveloped red squirrel was gone, and in his place there was a new Rogue. A Rogue with learned confidence, and as smooth with rhetoric as a statesmen - only with better breeding, and less lying. He cleared his throat.
"It's great to see you all! I've been places... learned things... went through some hardships... But now I have returned, and I am better for my journey! I'd love to embrace each and every one of you as soon as possible, but I fear that would not be the polite way. To Carl, I see that you have grown... SO much larger than me it's almost scary. For all that running and cowering nonsense in the past, I apologize. I was a fool, I was wrong, and I had no right to judge you. Trea... It has been too long, and I'm afraid I only barely remember you. But I can see that you have become beautiful and delicate with the blush of the rose in your cheeks, and your eyes so much wiser. Willow... I realize we didn't leave on the best of terms, and I fear I owe you, too, an apology. I will talk to all of you separately after I wrap up this little public speaking demonstration. Those of you who I do not recognize, I hope to get to know you much better. Thank you for listening to me jabber."
With that, he hopped off the table, and headed directly towards Carl. They had some things to talk about, and not a lot of time to do so in - if Rogue wanted to get to everyone. He knew he'd made a fool of himself with that speech, but he had done it so that everyone would know how he felt at that moment. Not to draw attention to himself as would have been the case in previous instances.

Trea giggled at Lucian and peered around the couch, motioning for him to come forward. She half closed her eyes and nodded respectively to Carl as he mentioned her growth, she blushed a bit to under her furry cheeks, and she was so delighted to have the fur to cover up the blush. She pushed her glass up a bit and gave a very soft thanks to him. She listened momentarily to all the talk going on. She was thankful she had been able to remember everyone, even the long time gone Rogue.
"Come on out now, I have to introduce you."
Lucian nodded his head to Trea, knowing he was supposed to listen to her. He clipped the toy gun to his belt and gave his wings a good thrust, propelling himself to the air to bee at her shoulder level as he flew to stand next to her. He eyed all of those in the room. They all seemed to know Trea but he didn't know anyone except... his eyes lingered on Willow and his look of curiosity grew. He knew her, he felt he shared something with her. He closed his eyes and had to think back then they popped over and he remember. He darted through the air and gave Willow as big a hug as he could, "WILLOW!" His words were thick with a German accent.

Willow completely ignored Rouge, not like she ment too but at the moment her brother was on her mind. Staring at him suddenly he tackled her. "ACK" She murfed and was trying to figure out how to drag him off of her without hurting his feeling.
"H-hey buddy." She said softly looking at trea for help. Psyhical contact wasn't her thing, speically this kind. The living wasn't her favorite among the beings around, although she couldn't really point that out. It'd been forever since she seen her brother so there was no point in making the kid uncomfortible.
Rosey watched the dragon she'd been behind Willow and rather quite. Right up until that time. "Who's he?" She asked transparent head poking around Willow's to look at the kid.
Willow looked at Rosey "He's... my brother.... Twin." She said softly tail flickering in slight irriation.

Trea shrugged and looked sympathetically at Willow. She had only recently begun watching the boy. She didn't know how to make him let go. She also hadn't seen Willow in a while and didn't know that contact made her uneasy. She still remembered times of riding on the tigers back. She looked at Carl with a smile, as well as Rogue about to go take a seat near Carl she watched as Rogue walked towards him, obviously wanting to talk further. She lightly played with the charm she had been given by him and walked over to Willow and Lucian, resting her arm lightly on the kid.
"Careful, you might squish her. You still can't control your strength."
He nodded as he was tapped and frowned slightly. He let go and flew back a bit looking at her curiously. She was his twin and yet, she was so different. Twins on TV were supposed to be the same. Or really close to it, but... she wasn't. He reached out tentatively pawing at the air behind her. Something was there, he could feel it as he hand lightly tapped Rosey's shoulder but he had no idea that she was there.[ He looked at Willow again and shook his head a bit. It didn't take long his ability to be social had run out quickly. Without much more of a wait he flew up and sat on the counter top, looking calmly down at the others.

Willow watched him and tilted her head as he flew up onto the counter top. "Well that was akward" She muttered as she shook out her shirt. She grined at Trea, "I seen you've grown... as well as he has." She nodded towards lucain. Although slightly feeling guilty.
"How long has he been with you?" She asked quitely tempted to just retreat now and go find nayati but Trea was, last time they'd ran into each other rather nice and quite. So it was just as good she wouldn't have to put up with the hugs maybe.
Rosey giggled at lucain as he pawed at her. "He's cute" She then followed him and reached for his toy gun to inspect it. She hadn't seen such an odd thing and was curious about it.

A rather bustling gathering. A brother sister reunion, watching the newly grown...and very pretty...Trea float about the others, and Rogue having given a grand enough speech that almost threatened his own kingly nature. But that was besides the point really. It had been a rather nice speech, and although the squirrel may not have been overly confident about how the results would turn out, Carl gave a reassuring smile as he approached. "Not bad, Rogue, and your apology is accepted. You had your reasons, but that's allllll behind us." And the days of swooping and calling out were indeed over, the bird leaned back against the couch with arms behind his head, simply enjoying being in the moment while it lasted. "So now that you've given your speech, what do you want to do? Besides watching the girls I mean."

Rogue hopped off the table, and stretched out, looking around him. He had to admit that it had been a rather interesting speech. But that was in the past now, and here was the present. It took a moment to think on the question Carl asked him, but he had an answer quickly, and turned to the eagle, grinning.
"Why don't you show me around? Tell me what's changed? I see a lot of the same, but I know that the entire place hasn't been static in my absence."
He yanked out his journal, and started scribbling a few figures into it.
"And maybe when we're done with that, I can show you some of what I've been working on. Who knows... it might interest you after all."

It was a very interesting sight below; of course Lusiphur had found his own way in without tripping the bell - simply because that was one of the things spiders did. It was almost a part of them...it probably hadn't helped that his mother had taught him some of the better arts of camouflage and ways to make himself less noticable.
Of course in a social gathering like this it meant he had almost no chance, he mused to himself as he watched over everyone from the top of one of the tallest shelves in the shoppe. On the other hand, it meant he had a lot more time to observe people from afar and get a better chance to figure them out long before he would be forced to actually speak with them.
Willow and Carl he recalled...the mouse as well, if barely. The blue one he had no recollection of, as was the case with the squirrel. It brought his forearms together, rubbing rhythmically as he calmed himself into thought...it was one of his twitches.
