how do i do that..and i know it only takes .mov but my quicktime wont let me instal..becuase it says i have to uninstal first and i have no traces of quicktime left on my system

I don't use CS3. As far as I know it only has a few minor differences with CS2 so I haven't felt the need to obtain it. XD
