The Hyksos were rulers during the Fifteenth Dynasty. It's unknown as to their exact origin, but most believe that the Hyksos were from the area of present-day Syria. They invaded and ruled Egypt for a short span of time. During this period, they introduced technology such as the composite bow and the chariot. After a while, the occupying Hyksos seemed to adopt Egyptian culture as their own. But the Egyptians didn't like this occupying force, overthrew them, and erased all history of their occupation as best they could.
Hititas (English name Hittites) most definitely hailed from Anatolia in present-day Turkey. They did not invade Egypt, but had many border skirmishes and one all-out battle at Kadesh during Ramses the Great's reign. They were adept in using chariots and were lead manufacturers of iron.
So they're not the same culture, but they might have influenced each other at some point before they started having relations with Egypt. 3nodding
Hope this helps!
