 He was laying on his back, just staring with wide blue eyes at the big blueness above him. The sky. White, fluffy clouds were here and there. One cloud looked like a big house, another like a Coffee Numa.
He tilted his head, the sky was beautiful. How could he not notice it till now? He yawned and his ears twitched in response. His chest heaved up and down with every breath he took in of the fresh air all around him. Karupin sighed, his eyes shutting. All was peaceful.

-TAGimage pending- Sayuri Mitsuki walked gracefully among the long grassy field. She still hated the sun. Hated the morning but she was out and about today. Her each step light but not resembling her personality. Her tail made a cracking sound when she whipped it up in the air then letting it linger behind her. She stopped. She smelt the repulsing smell of a male. Her ears shot up and her immediate thought was to walk another path but she didn't. He'd have to move if she did encounter him.
With every soft step she got a target. A gumdrop. She had her way with those gumdrops. She trotted over and laid herself on the gumdrop. Almost to be in resting from a long journey which did not happen.

His ears perked, it was faint but he did hear something. He yawned widely, his eyes opening slowly to the bright rays of the sun. He was all ready to take a snooze on the grass and then he heard that. Whatever it was.
He stretched and climbed to his back paws. A paw rubbed absentmindly at his eyes, he was tired but he did want to see what was making those sounds. It was nearby. His nose wrinkled, he could smell something. Like blueberries. His ears perked up again, the sounds stopped.
Karupin looked to his right and then to his left. The sounds came from that way, he scratched the fur on his head before heading over in that direction. Gumdrops, he didn't like those much, too sweet for his liking. His eyes brightened in interest, a small twinkle of mischief hidden in those blue orbs.
A dark furred Numa was there, laying on the gumdrop. He sat down in the grass, his tail moving about. He just sat and watched, he could approach her. Karupin tilted his head in thought, dare he take the chance? Of course, he began to creep slowly towards her. Curiosity took him over.

Sayuri's nose caught the scent of the male. It was getting stronger. Stronger. She looked around. Usually having sharp eyes for when things come close to her. She sat up a little to look over the grass. The gumdrop being her main support from the energy lose the sun was consuming. She flexed her wings some. The male was getting close and she could now feel it. The smell. Repulsing. Her nose widened a moment then her ears as well.
Her tail cracked in sound; roughly and loud. Waiting for the male to show himself. Maybe she should leave but she really didn't want to.

He looked up. The female was there, closer. His nose twitched and his ears and tail moved. His eyes watched her, watched her wings and tail move. She seemed upset or maybe it was just irritation at the sight of him.
His ears moved, downwards. Did he already do something? He could not recall ever playing a trick on her, maybe he did do some mischievious act and now he was going to pay for it? No he was sure he would remember it. He placed his head in his right paw, looking thoughtful at the sky.
He blinked. No he did nothing, she just was being cautious, maybe. Karupin looked over at the female again before rising himself to his back paws. He walked through the grass over to her again. Placing himself on the ground, he fell back against a pink gumdrop. Now he was a few feet away, he continued to look at her, tilting his head to the right as he did so.

Sayuri saw the body lift. Sure enough it was a male like she predicted earlier. The smell. Why did they have to smell so foul. Her tail whipped up in the air making a noise that sounded like the crashing of thunder. Her ears stuck up and with the ease of her paws she flexed her talons. Sinking them in to the gumdrop. She wouldn't talk. Rude to just appear and expect someone to greet you.. she thought to herself. She stood up tall and even the look she couldn't stand. Maybe if she just laid there he'd go away.
Her head sunk down to the rock again. Looking over to see if the male was still trying to get to her. Them smell. She circled her nose around and almost sneezed.

His ears twitched. Thunder? His eyes went to the sky. No it was clear and still bright and light blue. Sounds of claws moving made him look back to the dark furred Numa. He turned his head to the side, blinking slowly. She still seemed upset with him.
Watching her lie down made him want to lie down too. Was that why she was upset? Because she was still tired? He rubbed at his eyes, feeling uncomfortable. No she seemed to not like him, for some unknown reason. He laid against the gumdrop, feeling put-out. What had he done?
He continued to stare at her, maybe that is why she was upset? Because of his insistent staring. But she fascinated him, he wanted to know more. Seeing her rub her nose made him wrinkle his own nose. Did he smell funny? He looked himself over.

She turned looking at him from the corner of her eye. He was still there. Did he not get the picture. Was this male now trying to challenge her. His staring then started to get more annoying. Damn those males. Worthless beings. She thought. Her tail whipped in the air cracking the sound again.
Warning. Then she had given a prior warning. It was morning and she had no room to fight. Though if she did she could not fight at her highest level.
The sun was weakening. Then she turned her face fully to him. Growling started to come from the depths of her throat and her fangs bared. Might be mistaken for a coffee but she was fully candy. Nothing of coffee but with one snarling attitude of one when mad. Her wings having flaming markings on them sprouted out of her back and with that starring at him just as intensely as he was to her. She got up and turned her body some. Crouching close to where she laid at rest. Her talons now flexing again out of her paws. It would have hurt anyone to take out these abnormally large for a candy talons but she had been raised with them.
Her glowing eyes. What was this thing. The stench started to bother her again. Her growl started up again. Her ears slicking down to her head. Hearing. Waiting.

His eyes widened. His ears went down and his tail stopped flailing about in the grass. He watched as the female Numa went into a fighting sort of stance, did she wish to attack him? Or maybe she was just becoming defensive....over something. He must of upset her.
Karupin scratched his fur, watching carefully to see if she was going to randomly attack him or something. He didn't really want to get into a confrontation with another Numa he had just met but if needed be he would have to attack back. Right? No he didn't want to fight.
"I have done something to offend you?" He blinked, wondering what was with this Numa to make her so angry with him.

She didn't feel the need to speak to... a male. Repulsing scent of his made her nose go in to hyper gear and almost sneeze. Which she hates to do.
Her tail whipped up in the air making a cracking sound. "Mhrph." She mumbled. A growl and then light twitch to her ear. Her fangs were bared and her ears slicked back.
She pondered why his voice was so kind though. She calmed her nerves some. He wasn't a threat. Though she'd be on her guard. Her wings went to her sides and her ears went up in alert; as her body went back in to a sit position. "....." She blinked at him with an evil jade cat designed eyes.

She definately did not like him. He sighed and slumped, leaning against his gumdrop. His ears drooped and his tail curled around his left leg. He played around with his front paw claws, he was bored and with her not liking him he grew even more bored and somewhat upset.
He at least wanted the silence to be comfortable and it definately was not comfortable, he scratched at behind his head, what to do....what to do. Well nothing really if she was going to be so stubborn and not really respond to him or at least acknowledge him. He looked back at her, seeing her looking at him with her eyes. An evil eye? Or eyes?

Her ears flopped to one side. Then her tail making a cracking whip sound. Her tail had always done that. Repeatedly. Not even knowing why. She laid on her gumdrop. Calmly. She started to reply what her brother had said about calm ways. Even if you don't like something you could put up with it. Like she put up with him and his male scent. Repulsing but she would have to suck it in from the bond she had with her human.
The sun grazing over her pelt making the twinkling stars on her pelt shine. "Why are you here." She said. Maybe he would have no reason to stay and walk away. Like so many others have done. Looking back at what her elder brother again said about if you not liking something express it in an orderly fashion. Not with claws. No a lifeless tone. Her chin touching the gum drop.

She could talk! He was so sure she could not. What if her growling and everything, well he was glad she could speak. His eyes widened nonetheless at hearing her voice. Maybe she did not hate him as much as he thought she did. But by the way she still acted, well maybe she did. Even if hate was such a strong word.
"I am here to see you. And these delectable gumdrops." He nodded simply, that was why he had come over. Oh true it was mostly to see her, another Numa but after seeing those gumdrops, well that was another reason why he would definately stick around. Though he might not like the taste of them, he wouldn't mind playing with them.

Her head lifted when he said he came for 'her'.
"Please. Like you really came here to see me. Get your gumdrops and leave." She stated and huffed some. Her voice was soft and gentle; that tone of that lifeless. Even if her voice was sweet. The words made it a point to not be as sweet. More sour.
She laid her head back down on the gumdrop and looked away. Her ears and nose still in alert if he had moved to attack her; her reflex would be just as fast even if she wasn't looking. Getting tired of the sun shinning so much. Made her some uneasy as to others being around her. She flickered her tail again. 'Why wouldn't he go away. why. just for some gumdrops? please there are plenty else he could get them' She asked over and over again in her mind. It wasn't 'polite to rage out at someone if they aren't doing anything worth your time' she replayed her brother's voice out again. Waiting for the other to leave; him and his stench that reeked in her nostrils.
