Ok. So I'm in Lubbock, TX. The group I'm apart of is planning the 2nd annual PPD, Pagan Pride Day, here in Lubbock. It's still a few months away and I was hoping that any of you gaians in or around Lubbock, Wolforth, Abilene, Levelland, Amarillo, San Angelo or anywhere driveable, might be interested in helping pan and organize the event. I know it's a long shot, but still, who know right? Anyhoo... Blessed be everyone.

Pagan Pride Day? Does that include Hindus, Buddhists, Jianists and every other non-Abrahamic religion? I doubt it.

PPD is for anyone who wants to come and learn about it, meet new people. We have activites and music and information about different issues; like divination, tarot, paganism, wicca and other such things. If you're to far away to come to ours, search and see if there is one close to you. Your could try www.witchvix.com

Your could try www.witchvix.com At our Pagan Picnic in St Louis, we regularly have muslim and hindus vend, so we end up rubbing elbows with all sorts of folks including curious local foot traffic . Unfortunately our PPD was just cancelled due to drastic price increases for the park we hold it at, so we're hoping to redirect some of their efforts to make the Picnic even bigger and better. (I'm actually contemplating whether or not to hold a workshop) I'll keep an eye out for any planning details. One bit of advice though, have diverse workshops, local musicians and at least an opening and closing ritual that everyone/anyone can freely participate in (the local community should do all of these things for free exposure). Don't forget "port-o-potties" and something for folks to eat, whether its a well planned potluck or food vendors. Oh. Hopefully you meant www.witchvox.comGood luck!
