Gently cradling the egg, she rushed home to begin letting it settle in. The blue and white egg would shake and mew in her arms, making her chuckle and giggle, the travel time flying past. Pausing only once, "You know, even when I had to get you, I didn't even have a name!" The multi colored egg shook in reply. "Hm..." She nuzzled it just before starting off again. Smiling, she whispered to it while on her way, "Neilya!" Finally at the inn, she rushed up to her, and now Neilya's, chambers to get the egg comfortable.

Dark walked through the forest, Gogyou cradled in her arms. Shadow flew ahead of her, squaking.

After settling the egg down in the pillowed and warm bed made especially for it. She carried it to the windowed alcove over looking the forest, grounds and lake. A darker shade moved about in the treeline. She cracked open the window and peeped out. "...Hello?..."

Shadow looked up and squacked loudly. Dark looked at her bird "Shadow! Quiet!" She yelled, holding the egg tighter.

The cry of the bird caused an eyebrow to raise and the chiding voice of another made her laugh. "Hm..." She jumped off the window seat and out to the treeline, looking about for the voice and bird.

Shadow quieted down and looked in the direction of Therasa. Dark walked towards her, still cradeling the egg.

The first thing she noticed was the egg carried in the girl's arms in the shadows of the forest. "You have one, too!?"

Dark looked at the girl "YOu mean this?" She said, motioning to her egg "You have one?"

"Yep!" She nodded eagerly, and pointed up to the open window

Dark smiled "Kewl!"

She looks at the egg a moment longer and then back at the girl and bird. Smiling she extendes her hand in greeting. "It's nice too meet another with an egg! My name's Therasa..." She looked back at the window. "And that's Neilya."

Dark shook her hand "i'm....well...people just call me Dark, this is Gogyou"

Chuckling, she smiled and walked along with Dark. "Really? I have a few people that like to call me 'Silver.'"

She flipped through the book lying next to her. "Hmm... Says here that Reibies will eat anything safely in moderation..."

Glancing up to the bed where Neilya lie sleeping safely, she darted down the stairs and prepared a bottle of formula. Bounding back up the stairs two and three at a time, she slid past the doorway and had to back up a few steps to quietly re-enter the room. The warmed bottle awated on the night stand as she lifted the sleeping form in her arms. Within a few minutes, Neilya woke slowly, and this time her smoky eyes stared into Therasa's clear ones with recognition. Two tiny paws batted at stray locks of curls that fell over her shoulder. The bundle paused in its play, yawned while licking its chops and stretching. "I can take that as a 'feed me'!" After a few attempts to take the bottle, Neilya finally got the hang of it and downed most of the container easily.

Finally fed, Neilya crawled from Therasa's arms to warily trek across the bed and blankets. She stumbled a few times, but got up every time untill she reached the mass of pillows she claimed her own.

Neilya tried to climb back up into her nest of pillows, but the large, fluffy mass wouldn't give under the small Reibie. She paced around the edge of the mountain of pillows trying to find a way back up. Unable to, she found a shadowed opening and crawled underneath the downfilled sacks. Soon the pillows moved about as Neilya played with and underneath the mass.

Smoky eyes poped out from the middle of the pile, followed by a set of ears. She chuckled and watched Neilya discover her new "fort"

A restless night plaged her yet again and nothing semmed to help Therasa get much needed sleep. Quietly she slipped from her bed and grabbed the worn retangular case leaning against the wall, wedged between the nightstand and the bed. Soft footsteps escaping the room were overpowered by the heavy breaths of Neilya and Erosia sleeping soundly. She winced at the sharp click made by the door as she closed it behind her. A slight sight passed her lips and she began wandering the halls to the doors that led to the forest at the back of the inn.

Outside and in her favorite spot hidden beneath the branches of an old willow, she opened the case with a small silver key that was draped about her neck with a matching chain. Her attention was completely consumed in preping the violin, that she didn't hear the rushed, trodding foot falls. The yelp echoing through the forest frightened the grown Neilya as much as it did Erosia. They both huddled together in the darness looking at Therasa and then searching for whatever it was that had frightened her so. Laughing, Therasa placed the instument down in its case and motioned for the two Reibies to come in.

Kneeling she embraced them both. Petting them gently and calming them, she reassured them that she was OK. Neilya licked her cheek gently in response as Erosia nuzzled her stomach and side. Her fingertips lingered on their fur as she rose and retreived her instument. The case tumbled shut after a nudge from her toe sent the lid close. Back near the two of them, she lifted the instrument to the ready after making herself comfortable on the grass.

Both looked at the strange thing Therasa held with interest. They keenly watched her deft movements and ears twitched at the soft melody. Smiling, Therasa watched their response to the sound for she had ever played her violin with them present. She kept the music soft and the tunes sweet to keep from hurting their ears and to see what they liked. Erosia immediately scampered over to her and lay with her head resting upon her knee, watching Therasa play. Neilya's movements followed the beats as if she was dancing as she fluttered about with the plentiful fireflies.
