Seireitei (瀞霊廷, lit. court of pure souls) is in the center of Soul Society, a circular shirō with four main entrances, each guarded by a Gate Guardian. The walls are made of deathstone, a material known to sap all spiritual and psychic energy when one portion is faced in a particular direction, similar to magnetic lodestones. The deathstone also forms a spherical barrier around the city, preventing anyone from entering anywhere other than the four gates.
The majority of the residents of Seireitei, nobility and shinigami alike, do not interact with the citizens of Rukongai. However, residents of Rukongai, like Renji and Rukia, are allowed to apply for the shinigami academy, which is often the only escape from the poorest conditions of Rukongai. Some Seireitei residents, such as ex-commander of the special forces, Yoruichi Shihouin, and the Shiba clan, do maintain residences outside the castle.
At the center of Seireitei are the Shrine of Penitence (senzaikyū), a white tower, and Sōkyoku (双殛) Hill, where executions take place.

Resa yawned and sat up from the usual couch in the 10th squad headquarters. A bright ray of light shone through a gap in the curtains of the window, catching Resa's blue eyes. With her hand, she shaded her eyes from the blinding light and stood up, pulling the curtain fully closed. She turned and looked around. Both Hitsugaya-taichou and Matsumoto-chan were away on the Arrancar mission, so it was quite quiet around the room. Sighing, Resa left the room. She looked at the clear blue sky and walked away with no certain destination in mind.

Suiken sat on the roof of the 5th Squad quarters and polished his zanpaktou .
Suiken: Ahh boi... When will a day of action come into play?

Walking along with her hand still shading her eyes from the sun, she noticed a shadow ontop of the rooftop along the way. "Sui - Suiken-taichou!" she said as she distinguished the figure. "Good morning!"

Suiken's ear twitched as he heard the tiny voice.
Suiken: Eh?
He looked down and saw Resa-san waving.
Suiken: Oh! Good morning Resa-san! ^^ How are you?

"I'm alright!" Resa called back. Approaching Suiken with shunpo, she stood next to him, gazing out towards the labyrinth-like structure of Seireitei. She turned her head and watched Suiken for a little bit, before turning back. "What are you thinking about, Suiken-taichou?"

Suiken looked up at Resa for a bit before answering her question. He looked down at his zanpaktou and frowned.
Suiken: What am I thinking about...hmm...action .
He sighed and sheathed his sword.
Suiken: I actually pray everyday , that the Hollow will attack... It's just too quiet around here these days yah?.

"Yeah, I know what you mean. It's really quiet with Hitsugaya-taichou and Matsumoto arguing often in our quarters. I hope I will get dispatched to earth... There's nothing to do here!" Resa confessed, sighing and then sitting down on the roof, still gazing out towards Seireitei.

When Resa mentioned Hitsugaya Suiken seemed to lose interest in the conversation.
Suiken: eh...-sigh- Hey, Resa....I'm a captain am I not?...
A smirk graced his face as he stood up .
Suiken: We can sneak down to the Material world and say it was an emergency -he snickered- You wouldn't get in any trouble if I was to say that I dragged you along...We'd be of more use down there fighting and exploring than up here complaining about boredom yah?
He snickered as he evaluated his idea.

"Hmmm..." Resa thought, thinking about Hitsugaya-taichou and wondering what he would say if he found her gone. "Hitsugaya-taichou probably wouldn't mind... Oh hey! I can still take my vacation! He let me take off some time for vacation, but I haven't used it yet... I could spend about 2 weeks on earth!" Resa smiled at the thought. "Ummm... You could come with me too, right? That'd be great, Suiken-taichou!"
((Heh. Not sure what to say anymore. whee Hahaha sorry. But I am going to gone on a trip for about two weeks. So I might as well add it in... sweatdrop Heh heh heh...))

Suiken: hmm... Ok .. take your vacation. -sigh- I'll stay heeand push papers ... -covers a yawn , taking a step forward, off the roof; disappearing with shunpo just before he falls-

((Lol. I'm leaving soon, so this will be my last post for now. whee Until I use internet on my trip at least.))
Resa stood up and stretched in the bright sunlight. "Okay!" she cheered. "Here I come, Earth! I'll need to get some earth clothes and a gigai... Well, I'm off!" In the next second, she used Shunpo to go back to her quarters to pack and leave for Earth.

Harumi was walking around Seireitei, clutching onto the sleeves of her shihakushou. "U- um..." she mumbled quietly to herself, "Wh-what should-" she was abruptly cut off by her toe catching a snag in the walkway. "Kyaa," she cried and fell on her face. "Itai," she said and rubbed her nose, tears forming behind her eyes.
