I dunno if you've seen this but i would like you to see this adorable shirabyoshi doll. XDDD And it shows the parts of the custome too, which makes it easier for me to visualize.
And here's a manga about shirabyoshi, it's in chinese and i can't really read it well. ^^;; Thought it might help also.
