Get Started  For broke People 1. Any amount of gold will do fine even 0.
2. You need quest items such as Mokona's and Mimzy's which you sell on the Market place.
3. Mules will do fine if neccesary.
4. Once you hit 10k you can get started on buying things on your range such as Damascus Armor etc.
5. Do not waste your money on Doodads it's hard to resist ,but if you want to be a millionare you must do this.(Even though I'm not rich I know this)
6. Be quick as thunder!You and don't paste in your password until 3-5 seconds
7. Remember don't overbid make sure its at least 600-1000 gold profit may be more depending on items.For People with 10k and Up 1. Always check the lowest buy price of an item that you can afford so you can avoid doing mistakes while purchasing something.
2. Make sure you get 700-50000 gold of profit if its less than that its not good if its more good lord Jesus your very lucky.
3. Buy an item and put it in bids for 5min sometimes people overbid and when people overbid that means more ka-ching for you.
4. If the bid isn't good then cancel it before it ends usually cancel it at 1 min.
5. Careful when you sell stuff cause one time i accidentally sold a g blade for 2400 gold so always keep your eyes on the screen.
New Rule Sell quest items in the first 2-4 days that is when the profits are sky-high and if its more than 4 days selling quest items will be much slower

I used these Techniques and made a 3.5K profit out of it!
Here's one of my own ways of being fast at buying stuff in the MP:
First I change my password and make it shorter. (How short? No less than 6 digits for me! SSSSHHH it's a secret! mrgreen ) So that way I can buy the item faster.
I'm pretty sure this can help you guys. IDK if this was already been told but this is how I get around.
If your going to use my idea that I pass on to you people Please be careful! don't use any thing that will me too simple. Make up a pattern that will work for your fingers to type, make it impossible for your foes to gess.

On St. Patricks day even I got enough gold to buy TWO spirit falcons IN ABOUT 3,5 HOURS!! x_X I was kinda 'newbie', they were the first MCs I've seen upcoming, so I bought them with their high prizes XD they both cost like 12k .... and I got enough money for TWO by only selling clovers XD LOL .... my LUCKY day biggrin too bad it went away so quickly....and too bad I didn't knew that MC's prizes are going down quickly XD so........ XP

about the shorten the password thingy.. well for me, it doesn't matter if my password is tooooo long.. because i made the firefox save it.. (i'm using firefox) xp
that way, i don't need to input my password everytime i buy things because it automatically input my password.. it gave me advantage to other buyers..
and also, the password is only saved when you buy things only or bid (i dunno)..

Yeah, I sold my staff of angels for 190k (a 5k opportunity loss) so I could use that money to make an 8k profit. Sometimes you gotta lose money... to gain money.
