It's not wrong. I mean, it's not like they're blood-related. So, they're not really brother and sister. More like...childhood friends.

I love their relationship. Truefully, I believe they are childhood friends, but I also like yuki and kaname. Mmmmm love triangles...

I didn't really see them as brother and sister. More like childhood friends :3. And it's fine. They're not blood-related, so go for it! XD

I agree they are adorable cause they are not blood related. Though I've read several mangas where minor characters are brother and sister or at least half and they have a relationship, though it was just to help the story along nothing else. Though I do love the love triangle.

I love YukixKaname&& YukixZero.
Either way, I feel bad for the person she doesn't choose.
And it's pretty obvious she's gonna' end up with Zero.

I like her with Kaname and Zero. But, I prefer Kaname. I'm just going to see what happens with that. Her and Zero are more like childhood friends than bro/sis, so it's not wrong.
