I have seen Sakura's databook information brought up multiple times, but I never, EVER see anything about Databook 2 and Sasuke.
So, I found a translation. mrgreen I'm copying and pasting a few things here:
Companions
Sasuke, who only had power for revenge, becomes stronger because of his companions. His true place would have been a future among them.
Pg 49
Separation
Towards darkness. The one to appear before him is Sakura. She confesses to him as he tries to leave without looking behind him. She confesses with a blindingly uncompromising mind that does not want to lose him. The one that filled his lonely existence was Sakura. But he cannot let her in. He leaves with just one word of thanks.

(Take that overly obsessed, rude and catty part1 SasuNaru fans D< I know too many of those type << SasuNaru fans are some of the most wonderful people I've met. But some of them are just dreadful T>T)

The databooks.. *_* My SasuSaku/NaruHina haven~
I think that the databooks say a lot about what the characters and story themselves never get to show. It's really nice. For example, it's not ever said that Sasuke liked tomatoes, but the random fact in the databooks is just...fun. :]
To me, "The one that filled his lonely existence was Sakura. But he cannot let her in." brings up the fact that:
-SasuSaku is POSSIBLE.
-Sasuke did not HATE her. In fact, he cared for her a lot. (Not nessecarily romantically, but it's understandable why Sasuke wouldn't let that happen.)
I only hope that Kishi sticks to all of his databook information and just remembers that he and Sakura were indeed, one big opporitunity. <3

Kishimoto uses the databooks specifically to explain things he doesn't have a chance to get to in the actual series itself. He uses it to pan out emotions, scenees, and other things that he wants you to focus on the most, because they're the most important.
And, honestly, if Kishimoto mentioned that scene for both Sakura AND Sasuke (the one who apparently "didn't care"), then the scene, besides being one of Kishimoto's scenes that he was the most proud of, means A LOT TO THE LATER DEVELOPMENT OF THE STORY.
Notice, it said "Sakura was the one who filled his lonely existance." Not Naruto. Not Naruto and Sakura.
JUST. SAKURA.
Not to lessen the bonds between Naruto and Sasuke, but I think that places the relationships on a highly different level and explains A LOT of things. Such as Sakura's comment:
"Revenge wont' make anyone happy. Not you... nor I."
^Why the "Nor I"?
"I'm not letting anyone get in my way. Not even you, Sakura."
^Why add the "not even you, Sakura"?
Shikamaru:
"Even YOU couldn't stop him."
^Why the "Even" and emphasis on "you"?
Besides the fact that it boils down to Sasuke always seeing slight differences in Sakura, giving him someone to protect, and he knew when she was lying, and Sakura understanding Sasuke's intentions better than anyone else in the series.... I think it's pretty obvious.

EXACTLY. I've been questioned by a LOT of Anti-SasuSaku fans (and a lot of them have asked intelligently. <3) as to WHY I see the relationship between Sasuke and Sakura as one so different than Naruto and Sakura or Naruto and Sasuke.
What you just said is the exact reason why. <3 Sasuke and Sakura put each other on the highest of pedastals, and those are some of the numerous facts/scenes/ect. to prove it.

Sakura could of left it at" revenge is not going to make anyone happy not even you" But noo kishimoto had her say "nor I" blaugh "even you. . ." Should tell some people that Sakura is one of the people(dear I say "is the only one") that is capable of getting through too him (emotionally wise or on a personal level) And it really cute to think that Sakura Naruto is a person that can make Sasuke rethink his revenge. and we all know how much revenge means to him. So it should tell you right there Sakura is extremely special/important to him. Databooks is a really really good source since it came from kishimoto himself. So all the hints going towards SasuSaku in there is bound to be important and should not be taking lightly.

It shows that SasuSaku are possible for canon.
Anti-SasuSakers have it all wrong. They always say ( and this is one they always use ) that Sasuke NEVER cared for Sakura.
AHA! wake up and smell the daffodils!
Sasuke cared for both of them. He even said so in episode 78
"I once lost everything. I don't want to see my special companions die again in front of my eyes"
Sakura could and still can fill Sasuke's loneliness.
they just gotta meet again..
But if Kishi made something between Sasuke and Sakura in part 1
he could also do it again in Part 2.
I'm seeing a hug , just like in the forest of death again, in the near future....

... Ilu. I knew I was missing something when I read the Databooks threads for the first time. I'm gonna have a hard time with my sis today though. I'm going to attempt her to see that SasuSaku IS possible, rather then her raving NaruSasu/SasuNaru.
Though, she has admitted Sasuke isn't the cold-heart b*****d she thought he was. And that she likes SAKUSasu. Sakura > Sasuke.
... Preg!Sakura > Sasuke. biggrin
