I've seen web based and home based art classes available for purchase online. Those could be damned handy for a lot of people who, for whatever reasons, can't get to actual classes in person.
I was wondering if anyone here has had any experiences with these. Any input would be appreciated!
(I'm not talking about free online tutorials here... I'm talking about paid courses with instructors and assignments that you do via correspondence, either by Internet or mail.)

you know, i've never actually seen anyone do this, but i'm sure there are people online who's willing to do it. just be careful of scammers. they'll take your money and run.

((gets here way too late))
actually, a friend of mine took online graphic design classes (at a college). they seemed to work pretty well for her. i don't know the details or anything, but i'd certainly be careful.
