No, there will not be a second season. Though there is a rumor that there will be, but in a year.

It would be nice if there were, but would it be pushing it a bit too long, or would it be a hit with the fans?

The only reason why I'd want Studio Gonzo ot make another season of Trinity Blood is so they'd do a better job of wrapping things up than they did in the last episode. No offense but they could've done better.

No, I don't think they will ever go on with the series.

It would be good if they did, and showed Brother M, Philly, Kaya, Kasper, Melchior, Helga, Guderian, and Balthasar. And those are the charaters they left out that are at the top of my head... Theres mmmannnyy more. Oh! And Calamity Jane. Awesome b***h right there. =D

      ---

Don't come up with your own conclusions or other people's rumors.

Well, if there is another season, we can only look on and hope it's as good as everyone said Inuyasha was in it's length... and those things are *still* being made... -_-

There is a such thing as pushing it too far. Most anime that go on forever and ever are very low-quality. Pokemon, for example. It was fun during Kanto, but Johto dragged on forever and so did Hoenn. The animation is now subpar and you can tell they threw in cheap computer effects. It's like Power Rangers, but worse. It was wise for them to cut off the anime at 24. Most directors don't expect their anime to get past ten. I once watched an anime that was very promising...only to find it was two episodes long because there wasn't a lot of interest for it.

In my opinion, shows like Naruto and Pokemon should end already. I'm tired of Sasuke fangirls going on about fillers in the subbed episodes and ranting about how fansubs are so much better than the dub (even though they're very inaccurate and often don't translate things properly.) They did Trinity Blood some good by letting it die. Who knows? There might even be an OVA in a year or two wrapping the series up. Hellsing had an OVA, why not Trinity Blood?

My guess is that TB got really low ratings around the time of the Albion "arc" because it really seemed like Gonzo was going to start a whole new big story but had to speed up the ending because nobody was watching. It's not that they really need another season, but more like an OVA or a movie or something to wrap everything up in TB
(P.S. new Pokemon anime sucks a**, but the games still rock) ninja

it's highly doubtful due to the fact that the studio is against making a new season because of the creators death and someone said they ran out of money but all i know is that you have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than there being another season of trinity blood

thats true , able left us on a clif hanger with the ending and it would be nice to see the complete end ...........maybe they could start off again a couple of years later and tell what happens over that time period lost and then continue the story

Not to mention the anime was made and produced in Japan...

in 2005. They had two good years to make another season or an OVA out of Trinity Blood. They haven't.

But then again, typically it's a different studio handling the OVA series, if any. Kinda like Hellsing's case...Original series was made by Gonzo, another studio came out with Hellsing Ultimate.

So who knows? We might find a Trinity Blood OVA in next year's shadow, except handled by another studio, since Gonzo doesn't typically do OVAs.
