When I saw this I freaked out. Its not a FF9 remake, apparently its a game featuring Final Fantasy characters through out the entire series of games. official siteIt launched on my birthday biggrin Then there's this that I found on a FF9 community on LJ. imageI personally think this is going to be an awesome FF game.

Wwwwwow. *checks out* I really wish I could read Japanese. Ooh, it's gonna be for PSP! And Nomura's working on it! *digs further* Here: IGN Dissidia seems like it could be the perfect way to celebrate the Final Fantasy 20th anniversary, as it brings together characters from past entries. Jump offers a look at just two members of the cast. Making an appearance from Final Fantasy I is Warrior of Light. From Final Fantasy IX comes Zidane Tribal. Jump also reveals that Kuja, one of the villains from FFIX, will make an appearance. Square Enix originally described Dissidia as a Progressive Action game. We're still not sure what the progressive part means, but the action part of the equation is pretty clear. The game features close-range combat on a 3D battle field, complete with jumping and special skills. More information at the Square Enix Party 2007, May 12-13. Well, I'm excited. ^^

Theres seriously not much on it right now. They've only just announced the project within the past few days, and all of the informations thats been posted on here.

looks cool the pics make it seem like an fighting game, kinda like Ehrigeiz, i cant wait for it *jots it down on things to look forward to right next to Crisis Core and FF XIII*

wow. That looks GOOD. Hawt, dare I say. As a MAJOR Zidane fan, that is major cause for spazzing. I love his new design. His proportions seem... NORMAL.

4th confirmed character is Sephiroth. Not sure how big of a role he plays but he IS in the gam apparently.

Can you play as all the characters, or is there a main character?

ArikaiHart confused Damn. Is there a release date? Nope, they haven't released any info about this game. I'm sure they will soon though since they released the project, so people are going to be demanding info.

This looks really awesome. I hope they have some good charaters from FFVI. I'd love be able to beat Sephy's a** with Sabin or beable to transform into an esper as tera and kick some a**. Ooooo... if shadow's in it I'll have no choice but to get the game the day it comes out... *drools in anticipation*
