An orange tint hit the trees as the sun started to set. It made everything seem a different color. The day had been rather warm, and now it had just started cooling off. It was too warm for Urza's taste as he laid under a tree. The shade keeping off the sun. His eyes were closed, yet he wasn't asleep at all. Just laying there silently.
He was rather lazy, much like a cat. He opened an eye lazily as he watched a bird hop on the ground. Oh, how he felt like snapping at it. It was only a few head lengths away. Though, just having found out he wasn't actually a cat, made him change a bit. He wanted to try to get the bird, yet he didn't. It was like an on going debait with himself.

Walking amung the trees, watching the color shine through the gaps, a small mare smiled. She didn't even live anywhere near the forest and always wonders how she ends up going this far, not that she really minds... it was rather pretty.
Making her way further into the forest, Charlamagne hummed a small tune. It wasn't any well known tune, seeing on how she was making it up as she went along. She had a feeling it was horrible, not knowing how to put tones together so they sounded good, but she was having fun with it, and it wasn't like there was anyone to hear her... or at least, not that she knew of.

Urza's ears flickered as he heards a humming noise coming from somewhere. Both his eyes were opened now, but only slightly. He always got lazy when it was rather warm. He didn't see anyone yet in site, though he could still hear them.
It sounded like a female, but he could never really tell. "Hello?" he said rather quietly. He wasn't sure if they heard him or not. He Took a moment to stand up. Front legs first, then back. It was always hard for him to stand up. Perhaps it was a horse thing?

The spotted mare continued onward, still humming. It was when she barely heard something or someone call out to her, was when she stopped... or at least slowed down. She looked around for whatever it could be, but didn't see anything.
Slowly, Charlamagne started walking again. Her ears flickered around as she did. Perhaps she should grace the other, whoever they may be, with a reply? She was nervous about this thought, but eventually replied. "H-hello?"

Urza took a few cautious steps forward. His eyes were scaning the area, though he didn't see anything yet. The trees made it hard sometimes. He tried moving quietly, but with his hooves it was hard. A few seconds later a voice come out.
"Where are you?" He asked. She was probably behind him, though he didn't think to look. His curiousity took over like it normally did. It was hard trying to find others. Well, he couldn't really say he was looking to find anyone, he just thought it'd be easier to stumble on them.

Charlamagne continued forward, ears still scanning the area for another reply. When it finally came she jumped a bit. After calming herself, she looked in the direction it came from, then around where she was.
"Um... I-I don't know really." She replied. This was her first time in this area, so everything was new to her. Hopefully for this small mare, she could run into whoever this was before she got lost... though she doesn't think that will happen.

He followed her voice. It was quite easy, since she was closer then he thought. Finally, his eyes set upon a mare. White, grey, black and brown, or at least all that he could see. He could see some spots on her where her fur was grey. Though, not seeing her face, he didn't see the blueish part on her mane.
"Ah, Was that you? Or was I hearing another voice?" He asked as he came out from behind a few trees and bushes. He didn't want to startle her at all, but he figured it was going to happen anyways. "Sorry, if I scared you."

She had stopped in her tracks and looked about for where the other's voice was coming from. Although she didn't like the thought of staying still in a place she doesn't know, she figured that it would be easier for the other to find her if she stayed still... if they were even trying to find her in the first place.
It was when she heard a voice behind her that she squealed, jumping in surprise. She quickly whirred around to see a stallion before her. She panted as she caught her breath, shaking her head slightly at him. "I-It's alright... really."

He frowned when he saw he made her jump. Well, that wasn't smart. His blue violet eyes were easy to see since he had black markings around them making them seem brighter. His beads in his mane clinked as he shook his head lightly to get the flies off him. They really were annoying.
One of his years was slightly back as he stopped moving after seeing her jump. He didn't want to scare her even farther. "You sure? I mean, I didn't mean to scare you. Really,."

She calmed herself slowly, taking deep breaths as she did so. After the initial shock of him sneaking up on her subsided, she let out a soft sigh and smiled softly at him.
"Yes, I'm sure. I know you didn't mean to scare me. No harm done at all." She told him, hoping it would comfort him as well.

"You sure you ok?" He asked as he took a step closer. He didn't want her to have any type of attack or something. He smiled at her. "What are you doing all the way out here by yourself?" He asked looking about. It didn't seem like a place this other would go.
He shouldn't judge others when he doesn't even know them, but sometimes he just couldn't help it. It just happened. It wasn't like he could stop it sometimes. "I didn't mean that rudely, I hope I didn't offend." He said again with a nervous chuckle.

"Yeah, I'm fine." She replied comfortingly with a small flick of her tail. She smiled softly as he took a step closer to her. Yes, she was nervous, but when wasn't she when meeting someone new. At his recent statement, she shook her head slightly. "No offense at all. I was just taking a stroll and ended up coming along this way really."

He smiled. Well, he was glad she was fine. He nodded as he listened to her. "Oh? Going for Strolls are pretty nice." He said with a chuckle. He always took strolls. He wrinkled his face making his whiskers move a bit. It was a slight habit he did.
He looked about trying to find something else to ask, but his eyes went back fixed onto her spots. They were very cat-like to him. Though, he didn't want to ask about them.

"Yes, they are indeed quite nice. Especially on nice days." She added, with a flick of her tail. She watched him scrunch his nose, tilting her head slightly. It reminded her of what the mountain lion did from time to time. Did the other have whiskers? She couldn't really tell by where she was... but... when did a horse have whiskers?
