In-Forum Rules
EDIT: The front page rules have been removed. All the rules are here.
1. No spamming, flaming, double-posting, or page-stretching.
2. Please do not use long quotes.
3. Link to images if they're too large. An image is too large if it is more than 700x700 pixels. The size can be checked by right clicking the image and selecting "properties." The dimensions are listed there.
4. Be polite to your fellow members regardless of their rank in the guild.
5. Don't, don't, DON'T! break the TOS, please. You might just get booted out completely based on how big a deal your infringement was.
6. No telling people where to get bootlegged copies of the revival/original or where you can get the songs off of Limewire or where the full libretto is online. Look for it yourself, we're sure you'll find it, but don't post links to it here. And don't ask for them, either.
7. Please comply if a moderator asks you to change a post or take discussion to another thread. Moderators will not edit or delete posts without requesting that you delete or edit them first, but if the changes are not in effect after a reasonable amount of time, they will be deleted, and you will be notified.

Crew Specific Rules
These are only for moderators and members of the crew. They also apply to people who want to be either a mod or a crew member.
Don't invite people without permission. We need to make sure they'll be good first. :3
Do your job to the best of your ability.
If we catch you abusing your power, you get in trouble. So don't do it. *shakes fist*
Mods and crew members will be selected based on their dedication, consistency in posting, and the relative intelligence of their posts.

Thread Specific Rules
All subforums have their own sets of rules that are specific to just that subforum.
Official threads for characters, etc. may have their own rules as well. It is the duty of the thread creator to make sure that they include any rules that they think should be followed. Remember that the main rules are like a big umbrella-- they cover the entire guild and so should always be followed. If a thread has a rule that negates one stated in the original rules, it will be either locked or deleted. Also, a thread that gets out of hand will be locked until it can be dealt with accordingly.
Make sure that your threads are staying within the guidelines we've given you. If someone on your thread is causing you problems, PM a mod. We'll take care of it for you. If your thread starts crossing lines and you don't report it to one of us, you might get in trouble. Your threads are just as much your responsibility as they are ours.

Insomnia and the other mods love you. Really, we do. We don't think you'll be rule breakers. But without rules, society would run amuck. Gaia has its TOS, so do we. We hope you enjoy your time here. Heck, we know you will.
