Yellow-Eyed Demon: (to Dean) You of all people should know that what’s dead should stay dead.
Bobby: (staring at the unlocking vault) Oh no.
Ellen: Bobby, what is it?
Bobby: It's Hell. Take cover, now!
Ellen: (about the Roadhouse fire) A lot of good people died in there, and I got out. Lucky me.
Dean: (looking down at Sam's body) I always tried to protect you, keep you safe. Dad didn't even have to tell me. It was just my responsibility, you know? I had one job. Just one job. And I screwed it up. I blew it. And for that, I'm sorry. I guess that's just what I do, let down the people I love.
Jake: Go to Hell.
