Standing on the porch he looked out. Breath in, breath out. He leaned forward on the railing resting his head in his hands, a sigh escaping his lips. The day was bright and sunny, with just the slightest breeze to kiss at one's cheeks. He brushed strawberry blonde locks away from his eyes with his free hand as he smiled. His eyes gazed longingly out across his front yard to the beauty of what lay there. aligned with all the wildflowers and overgrown grass stood a graceful being holding out in one hand, a necklace of silver and diamonds. A smiled alighted their lips and music seemed to play. That day forgiveness was given and a love rekindled. The necklace, once again, was worn around the slender neck of the blonde and all was well in the seemingly abandoned house. No more frights in the twilight, no more tears in the dawn...Just utter happiness, as what was lost, was found again.
