I don't really have a good grip on how to deal with stress. Every other month, I go to a friend's house and have a breakdown. I need to know how to manage it better.

I hear it helps to write a letter to nobody in particular, then don't send it. I wish I could help you better, but my techniques are horrible.

for some people; it helps to talk. it helps t9o release the feelings you are bottling up inside. next time you feel like crying, tell someone who cares, you might feel better. next time you can, make an apointment with a professional, tell them how you feel, tell them whats got you stressed, ask them what you can do. i don't care about anything enough to get stressed. so thats the best i can do. sorry.
