 *With the wind in his face and land very far below, Andre was having the best time of his life as he was finally able to fly high like his father and mother, but most importantly he could be away from them without their nagging questions. Snorting as he dove toward the ground, Andre took to gliding across the open field, not thinking that maybe, just maybe he would run into someone. All that was upon his mind was freedom, nothing more. After a time, he landed to quench his thirst, it had been a while since he landed and a long flight away from his home.*
"Ah, this is much better." He said shaking his head. "No more nagging parents, no more needing to remain in sight, Oh freedom feels good."
*Stretching the kinks from his legs, Andre looked around the shady river bank to see if there was anyone about. In truth he wondered where his friend was. It had been so long since he had seen Tsaluyi, it had been when he was but a colt. He wondered what ever happened to her... He hoped that she was alright...*

And then, suddenly, the monster peeked out of the water, and let out a loud sound, a mix of a bark and a neigh.
Wait, this was no monster. It was just that lunatic mare, who had been /trying/ to dive, but she didn't manage to get ver deep, of course. And look at that, one minute there wa snothing there, and then there was that shiny winged horsey thing. Horsey thing? Well, other soquili. There, happy?
She shook her mane, staring curiously at the shiney thing. She hadn't ever seen someone so..
Shiny.

"What the..." Was all he yelped, rearing and stepping back away from the river.
*Wings wide open at his sides and sending small waves along the water's surface, Andre came back down onto all fours. His head tilting to one side as his long multi colored bangs covered his gold eyes for a moment before he straightened himself up some. He could clearly see it was nother soquili and it looked sorta like his friend... But she wasn't that stupid to try swimming under the water...*
"What do you think you are? A fish?" he shouted out toward the soquili remaining on the shore line. "Or just trying to kill yourself to save the world of what you can cause?"

Even thought Kasi wasn't exactly the brightest soquili ,she could make a difference between playing, curiusity.. And just being rude.
"I'm learning how to swim and hold my breath! " She snorted, moving rather easly through the water, proving she'd already gotten good at this, untill she was at the shallows, face to face with him.
"And ye shunna just talk like da,t y'know. Is not nice. No one likes it. " She snorted, and shook her bod, not really seeming to be hurt at all; she was just pointing it out. She was far from dry, though; stupid horse curse that didn't let herself shake dry like wolves!

*Andre stepped out of the mare's way before raising a brow to what she had said. Folding his wings back to his sides, he shook his head snorting. Wondering what crawled into her feed that morning.*
"Whatever, you looked more like an idiot out there then actually swimming." He smiled moving back toward the water to get another drink. "Then again, we all do stupid thing..."
*That was something he didn't want to. He wasn't exactly the best flier in his youth, he had once angered a soquili that was willing to rip him to shreds. Then there was a couple others that he had seemingly to piss off at one point or another. But that was the past, his slate was apparently clean now that he was an adult, but there were many growing blemishes already he could tell.*

"Who're you? " She asked, but casually plopped down into the water again when she saw a bit of aquatic weed, wich tasted pretty good. She pulled it out and smiled triumphantly, pawing at where it had been to cover the whole.

*Giving the look of almost complete disgust at the weeds that the mare was eating he backed away from her, feeling that, that stuff wasn't fit for anyone to eat.*
"Name's Andre." He stated pawing at the ground a little as he watched the mare. "A pleasure meeting you..."
*Shaking his head he turned away a little before looking back. Not knowing what do do, he'd never confronted a.... Well a mare... This was all knew to him...*
"So... What exactly are you? I know your a soquili, but you don't look like me... Are you a different species or something?"

She blinked, and chewed in the weed quickly, looking at him with her head tilted. "'m a soquili jus' like ye. I jus' dun have any wings. " She shrugged, what kind of question was that.
She stomped her hoof in the water, amusing herself with that plodding sound, and smiling. "Hi andre. "

"Ah... Yea..." He was unconvinced that they were the same... "I can see that you are a soquili, but... You talk different and act different..." Shaking his head he turned away and headed into the trees to lay down. "Never mind..." He muttered laying his head down.
*This one was different... Acted different, sounded different and over looked different then she was. he was sure that this Soquili wasn't like him... But...*
"Don't tell me that your a... Mare... Great, wondered into another female like my sister and just as annoying..."

Sh blinked, listening to him, then snorting. "Y' jus' met me, how do ya'know 'm annoying? " She rolled her eyes, then layed down in the shallow water, just enjoying the coolness of it.
"'vryones different. " She shrugged. She was very different than her brothers, and sisters, but that was never a big deal. She was just more unique, and she liked that.

*Andre looking at Kasi with a sinical eye before standing again and walking over to the seemingly foalish mare... He was sure that they all were different, but he assumed that they all would be as annoying as his sister. She had a tongue that would run until someone calmed her mouth shut some how.*
"Ah, yea... Well... The on;y mare I've been with is my sister and mother... So I can't really see a difference..." Boy was he in trouble now, plus he didn't consider his best friend Tsa as a mare either. "The only other soquili I've been around is Tsaulyi and their bear Lucky. I won't count them into all this..."

"oh! Ye 'ave a sister? " she asked, but part of her was aware she didn't want to know, because it was pretty obvious. "I got two. " She nodded, flicking her long tail through the water for a moment.
"But 'm lots older than them. " She shrugged. In truth, Kasi was perhaps more than a year older than her siblings, probably more (In IC land xD ). But she did still remember her first day out of the basket, where she and her brother-- first brother-- had played in the snow!

"Yea I have a Sister, her name's Del'nal, though I just call her Sissy, because it's what she is." Andre snorted lightly looking up toward skies as he opened his wings a bit. "Though I'm sure that you have more siblings then I do... I'm one of my parent's first born."

"I got two 'n two! " She nodded, this meaning she had her four siblings, two of each gender. "'m oldest, too. 'ven older than Lando. " She grinned meekly. Well, she considere dherself oldest, anyway. Cause she'd gotten out of the basket first!
She had already noticed them, but might as well think aout it again. This was one of the winged horsey thingies. She might have caught a glimpse of flight, but for now, she hadn't.
