OK so for the assignment I'm doing a poster about Pharaoh's hardened heart.

Could anyone please tell me how to spell "Pharaoh's hardened heart" in Hebrew? I need to use it as the title of the poster ...

Which is Pharaohs Hardened heart, but it sounds weird because it could also be Pharaohs challenged heart sweatdrop ...

Challenged. Now, that's an interesting interpretation. Which is used in the Torah? Did Hashem harden Par'oh's heart, or did Hashem challenge Par'oh's heart? I don't have my chumash with me right now, to check for myself.

The verb מוקשה is not used in the chumash. The word used in the chumash was הקשה - "And he made it hard"... In that sense it doesn't sound too much like challenging at all 3nodding .
