Well about 2 weeks ago i qualified expert on hand grenades so i get some little badge. Anyway throwing the damn things in basic training is the gayist thing ever, don't even get to watch them go off you throw them and duck like a little b***h because they don't want you to get shrap metal in your face, lol but all n all it wasn't to bad i guess.

pull the pin and throw it really far away from you, I suggest if your not a good thrower don't try to other wise you'll probably go boom with it. oh and not by your house either.
