I haven't had an actual Oreo for...forever...So I had some at 'work' this morning, for the sake of keeping myself awake with the powers of sugar...
They're the best dang cookie in the world, but now I want more!! Not a good thing, chocolate cookies is bad for me... gonk

Oreos are no competition... when it comes to those damned chocolate bunny rabbits... I swear those things are evil! domokun
But who can really resist chocolate (with the exception of people who have serious health problems with eating it)? Why else would pocky go so fast? burning_eyes

First of all - have you looked at the ingredients for oreos? I don't think there's any real chocolate in them... confused Actually, my family questions my sanity, as everyone is a chocoholic except me...cadbury eggs and oreos (if they can be considered chocolate) are indeed weak points of mine, though... rolleyes

Bloodwork, really? As in blood samples? There's something I know about 3nodding Gotta take mine every month or so...Then I gotta get it done at the hospital every 6 months, that's with a needle in the inside of my elbow...But I'm cool with that as long as I don't look as it happens...

Tenchi Kuchiki yeah that's why I usually cover my eyes when it happens. Oh well I am fine with it. It doesn't matter. And why do you have to bet it done every month!!?!! I have PKU, so I have to watch my levels of protein...thus I must draw blood...every month. Rawr. lol. Let's see if Sheba can type out PKU's full name... PhenylKetonUria... *omg, I did it...* And no, I'm not allergic to protein, that's actually a frequent quandry that comes with this... I just can't produce a certain enzyme that breaks down a certain amino acid in most proteins(it's called Phenylalinine...I don't think I spelt that right...Oo) and if I get too much of said amino acid, it can build up and affect things like my concentration, give me headaches...crap like that. It comes complete with a special diet and some nasty-tasting formula from which I get my protein supply....
That's the science lesson of the day, children, that'll be 100g. I kid, I kid...*waves hand Shigure-style* domokun heart
Oh, bonus, bonus! Next time you're in the store, take a look at any given pack of chewing gum. I'll bet you it will say just under the ingredients; 'Phenylketonurics: contains Phenylalanine'. That means I can't have it, folks! all for the sake of supposed longer lasting flavor due to sugar subsitutes. That don't even work that well. And now all the gum have it, including Wrigley's!! This is a great injustice to a PKU person like me! *goes and eats some pocky...oops, Pocky's pretty dodgy, too...* eek crying

lol, w00t! whee
Could eventually organize a get-together at an anime convention, possibly for the entire guild...Though that might be hard between the few of us active ones and everyone being scattered everywhere under the sun... Still, I got the idea from my FB guild, that were suggesting meeting at Fanime in San Jose. I was planning on going, but yeah. The Broke-ness, it's a drag... crying
But I have to wonder, had you heard of PKU before I mentioned it? Not many people do. 3nodding
