I feel proud; I have resisted the urge to post and start getting angry at them, especially some people for such utter stereotyping!! Who does he think he is stereotyping the entire Jewish race?! *sigh* some people will never learn. Since I'm not posting there, I would like to point out one fact: ROMANS ARE NOT JEWISH! Gah such idiots; you'd think they would at least think about what they are saying...Has nobody heard of Roman mythology, with Mars, Jupiter, Venus, etc?! -_-;;;

I've been told twice that I'm not white. As far as the government is concerned, I am, but technically, most Jews are Semitic (as are most Muslims.) Semitic people are descended from the inhabitants of ancient Egypt east through Iraq or so.
But for all purposes, there's still no "Jewish" race.

We know they all look the same- same skin color, same facial features, same area of origin! *End sarcasm* Seriously, if Christianity isn't a race, why would any other religion be a race? Even Judaism, which has a very small group and tends to intermarry, isn't it's own race! One of my fellow CITs of '05 at camp is Filipino, he looks nothing like the rest of us, but he's still Jewish.

Wrong. Ethiopian Jews, up until some point in the 80''s (Can''t remember the date.) thought that Jews were BLACK, and that there was no such thing as a white Jew. They were opressed by their government, and Israel transported them to Israel. They were extremely surprised at the discovery of white Jews.

I went to an Ethiopian Jewish girls Bat Mitzvah when I was in Israel, its similar but slightly different, but yeh there are a lot of Ethiopian Jews.
