Clothes wrinkle in certain places. That's one of them.

Not bad. There is a little work to be done on proportions, but, if you're doing anime style, they don't have to be realistic, just believable (or too cute to care, like that last guy of yours wink )

Just FYI, the wrinkles kinda do look like breasts. That's okay, though; we've all done something similar. I once had a guy with what looked like an uber flabby arm, but it was just his sleeve... his flabby-looking sleeve. sweatdrop

I think there are several online tutorials and whatnot where you can see how others proportion their characters. I don't remember any off the top of my head, but I'm sure you can google them.
