normally play standing up,play songs i already know to get my juices flowing. this last about 30-40 minutes depending on if i screw around and do solo's between songs, then i normally sit down and learn a new song. also read music and theory in spare time when i'm bored.

basicly, i get home, go out in our spare room/music room, grab ether my fender or hofner, and start playing. usually i start out with a song i've started to write rather one i know,(i like being original) then play a song i know, play with picking fast and fret board tapping, and shortly after just start playing around( the main source of my songs, which i dont usually write lyrics for). after playing for a while i'll go inside lay around and then go get my acoustic.

Usually at least an hour everyday if I can. Some days i can't. But with school application deadlines coming up and me still looking for a job I've been a bit too busy...

I try to get my half hour a day in solid, 5 minutes of warm ups, 15 of exercises or scales and then 10 minutes of technique. If I get time for more, I wind up writing, or experimenting with scales to get some cool arpeggios and sounds.
