My, what a fine day this is turning out to be...
Eirian thought grimly to himself, glancing up at the dark sky for a moment, blinking quickly as the drizzle that had been falling since yesterday evening threatened to fall into his eyes. Snorting, he turned his face downward, wet black bangs plastered to his silver forehead, covering one of his blue eyes. Silver hooves stamped impatiently, mud squelching underneath them as it splattered up onto his silver legs. These trees really weren't any cover at all...
In a rash decision, he strode out, out into the open, the rain now falling freely on him. Long mane was quickly drenched, silver coat clinging to his skin as he looked about, wondering where there might be more sufficient shelter. Then, he saw it. A cave, how excellent! Trotting eagerly, he was able to make it under the rock awning without any slipping or sliding. Finally, out of that rain...

If there was one thing that Tiffany hated, it was rain. It was so uselss. All it did for her was make her hair horrible, her coat look ratty, and make everything muddy, which usually led to her becoming muddy. Stupid rain.
She stood in a cave, a few feet from the entrance, watching it drip from the top of the entrance. It showed no signs of stopping. This was absolutly terrible. He stomache growled, she hadn't eaten since yesterday, and it was pushing mid afternoon.
Didn't the clouds get it? She wanted it to stop, so it should.
"Some things are just so dumb" she mumbled to herself, pacing around in the discusting, dirty cave. She had breifly gotten caught in the rain, and her fur was just about dry, her hair returning back to normal. This cave was the best she could get at the time.

"You've got that right."
Eirian responded quietly, distracted by trying not to step on his soaked mane. Suddenly, he looked up, ears perked. Who's statement had he just responded to? Eyes glittered curiously as he looked about the cave, wondering just who else was seeking shelter here. Suddenly, his gaze fell upon a Soquili that seemed far too elegant, too fancy to be seen in such a drab place on a dreary day.
"Oh, hello. You sick of the rain too?" He asked good-naturedly, smiling at her from a distance.

She jumped a bit, startled to have someone respond to her statement. She turned to see a stallion, it appeared as if he was also a bit startled to hear someone else talking.
"I hate the rain" he said, too distracted with her hate for the rain to go on an ego trip by insulting the other as she normally did. "So disgusting. It totally ruins my hair. Do you have any idea how precious this hair is? In fact, you should be gratefully that you get too see me" she raved.
Now, finally, she took the time to examine the other more. His markings were so odd, unlike anything she had seen before, and it intriged her, particularly his eyes. However, she was still her inferior, because everyone was.

He blinked, looking up at her hair. Looked fancy, not ruined. "It looks fine to me." He replied, small smile tugging at his lips. Wet black locks flopped infront of his eyes, causing everything to go black for a moment. Snorting, he shook the long hair out of his face, eyebrows furrowed in annoyance.
"I really couldn't care less how my hair looks most of the time. I want to just chop it all off, it gets in the way so much." He sighed, glancing back out the cave entrance. Still raining. "Seems like we might be stuck here for a bit." He frowned, tail switching back and forth in impatience.

((Oh my god, Torey is soooo amazing O_O -jjeelloouuusss- ))
Tiffany snorted "It looks fine now. But if the rain got it, it would be absolutly horrible. And you have no idea how tragic that could be" she said, flicking her long tail a bit.
Stallions just didn't get. Did they know that one had themselves at the top of their game, always? Did they not know of the importance of beauty, over all things? After all, if there was no beauty in the world, then there woud be no happiness, and then everyone would be sad. That was why Tiffany always needed to keep her hair nice, it was for the good of the enviorment!
"That is STUPID. Your hair could definetly use some works, I mean the ends are all ragity and the color is a bit dull. But cut it all off? Why would one ever do that! Hair is probubly the most important thing in the world, and to deny that would be absolutly HORRID!" she said, her eyes wide in the terrible thought of one hacking off their own hair.
"Ah, we better not be in here for a while" she said, glaring at the outsides. "I won't stand for it. Make it stop. Now, please" she said, her voice suger-coated, completely unaware that her request was implossible.
