hey i got Chain of memories 3 days ago and i was wonding how you beat Oogie Boogie in Halloweeen Town. ((hopefully i dont' get bad critisum about that)) i'm on the 6th floor by the way and i'm a Level 26 with a 500 CP.

You are supposed to wait until those gates go all the way down and then you jump up where he is and hit him with everything you have until you get knocked down. Keep trying and you'll nab him!
