http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18442334/Groups, like the ever so famous Focus on the Family are saying the evangelicals should be foster parents to prevent abortion and same-sex couples from adopting. Looks like they're trying to actually pro-life for the children too! I still think it's absolute bullshit and I wish to throw an aborted fetus at them (or several aborted fetuses, no matter the stage).

Spiral Out I'd rather abort than risk having one more evangelical running around. xD it'd be nice if they were just doing it out of the goodness of their little black hearts, but screwing with the lives of children for your political agenda is pretty ******** up. i've never understood why the hell people think that same-sex couples adopting children is so freaking bad. of course, i'm a logical person, and logic has a nice way of eluding these people.

It only took them 30 years plus the added incentive of both subjegating women and homosexuals to prompt their personal support for adoption! About damned time!
It's a shame their real motives aren't preventing abortion (or else they would have started back in the 70s), but rather preventing those evil evil gays from getting ahold of children. rolleyes

Being bounced around foster care or getting adopted just to push someone's political agenda is a WAY better life than being adopted by two parents of the same gender who love each other and would provide a loving, stable home!

I suppose it's a good thing that more children will (hopefully) be finding homes now, but honestly?
The message now sounds like "Adopt, because people expect us to when we advocate against abortion/gay adoption." Not "Adopt, because it's a good thing to give a child a home."

And it only took them a few decades to realize that if they were going to advocate for all those children not being aborted, they'd better find a place to put them too. It's about time.

You mean you didn't know that gayism is contagious? I avoid going anywhere but church so I don't catch the gay. If a child was raised by two homosexuals, it'd be like... double gay. And we can't have that.

I hope that their political agenda is TRULY aligned with caring for the children's best interests. I hope that the child's best interest is UTMOST concern, or else these people are hypocrites because by their own standards, they would be resorting to the attitudes that they claim pro-choicers supposedly have. For example, pro-lifers think pro-choicers do NOT have the child's utmost concern in life.
Caring for children's best interests is NOT an easy task.
quality of life > quantity of life, a planet of senseless sentient suffering.

The belief of hatred in the name of Jesus is so much better and makes other beliefs (like that "love thy neighbor as thyself" crap) EVIL SINS. (I should be a preacher xd )

Scare Tactic Propaganda ...But if a gay couple adopts kids, they're forcing their beliefs on the children... Just by being gay and not trying to kill cure themselves of it. Because we all know that being gay all by itself is forcing other people to be gay. And that not allowing Christians to harrass these dirty perverts is a form of persecution against Christians. rolleyes (What a nicer place the world would be if I had to MAKE UP s**t like that. But I've heard it many times!)
