I like anime alot and my attempts so far have been ok...now I want to make a scene, a person atop a mountain and then they have a bloody sword dripping.,please help me with advice and i will post updates to get feedback maybe.

Animation loops are your friend, also, you only need 10 frames per second to make a passable looking anime scene. The hardest thing to do can be dividing up the movement between the frames, so my suggestion is to create the first and last frame of the scene, before animating them.
Also when blood drips of a sword... don't make it little drops, make it seem to pour like a thick sauce, that has the consistency of blood, remember blood is thicker then water. smile

I know blood is thicker than water and when I mean scene I meant just a picture,Im sorry thats my fault for not saying it right
