the kanji means in japanese
Ryu = life
ka = beautiful
Sei = stars
So her "first name" would be Sei, and surname Ryuka
My character is dedicated to Gekkou Hayate!

Ryuka's name means life and beautiful...
Ryuka grew up as an only child. Her mom was an author, and her dad was a technician and a ninja. She was destined to follow his path as a ninja. One day six years ago, a robber came into her home. Before the robber could kill off her parents, Ryuka blocked his way, pleading that he'd just take what he want, even her life, if he'd just spare her parents'. But, when the robber tried to kill her off, her dad used his remaining strength and life to stab him from the back. Ryuka asked "Why???" and was very close to killing herself. Her mother's last words "Sei, NEVER ask for death. Struggle to live, even through the pain. There's more to life. And those beautiful things that await you will soon make these painful memories fade... Live. Life is beautiful.."
Ryuka promised herself she would always pursue Life. And never let herself give up to Death. She will live her life to the fullest. She hopes that one day she can forget her past and the memories of her parents' deaths that plague her now. She hones her skills to save lives of others.

It wouldn't be:
"I am sure did." = "I'm sure did."
I wrote "I sure did."
Maybe I should've written "I did."
Would that have made it clearer?

Umm... Should all my ninjutsus be locked? I think they might be too advanced for her.
Also, how do I invite a member? this is a public guild, right? I kinda just created a thread in the registered guilds forum... does that count?
I have a sensei, but no squad. Am I still an Academy Student?

in answer to your questions ...
no, dont lock all your ninjutsus, even if they are too advanced, you'd eventually learn how to use them wouldn't you
as for inviting a member, i think you just ask someone by PM and them tell them to add your name to the reason why they should join
as for the academy student, i dont think so, i'd say our a genin, otherwise you'd be sensei-less (woo i made up a word!!) so i say genin
If i'm wrong about anything, just tell me what's wrong and i'll correct it xp
