I live in Newfoundland, Canada and here the Supernatural stories are plenty! I have a book and it has loads of different ghost stories and it isn't even half of the stories that are here. So this is pretty much for anyone who want to tell a Local ghost or a place they think is haunted. Maybe even tell us about something supernatural that happened to you.

I have a few stories myself. About the house I am living in now. It is about 100 years old(I know I was shocked it doesn't even seem like it).

My mom thought I was crazy when I told her this. I was coming out of my room in the middle of the day to go down over the stairs and I saw a shadow of person move in the bathroom. Now no body was upstairs it was only me and so I went to check it out and when I went in the bathroom nothing was there. I got creeped out and left.


Another one happened a few weeks back and it literally scared the hell out of me. It was like 3:30 in the morning and I was watching a movie(can't remember what it was). Then I heard banging on the stairs. I thought it was someone walking up them but it just kept on going. It was rather loud to so I was thinking it was my sister who was trying to get on my nerves because it was something she would do. So I got out of my bed and opened my door( the door of my bedroom is right in front of the top of the stairs) and the banging kept on going. There was nothing on the stairs I could see them all because of the dim light coming from the kitchen. So I rushed back into my room and closed the door and the banging stopped. I never got much sleep that night. It scared the crap out of me.

I'm in the mitten (Michigan,us) and my house is only a few years old. but it was built on this former wooded area. I heard that when there were tearing down the ran into some creepy things like bones and stuff but blew them off as animal. I dont believe it (unless it was a cat and I'll get to that) Since day one in my house i've been weirded out by it. its always sounded like i t was haunted just noises and stuff.I'm the only one whoes ever truly home alone and ive heard it the most, my mom used to think i was crazy,but my aunt beleives me. If you sit really quite its so loud just noise and whispers and groans and sneeze and coughs and screaches. its pretty much constante. And one day my aunt came over and was working on the computer and she heard it she got so mad she yelled "For the Love of God will you keep it down im trying to work" and it didnt stop but it got faint. like "they" were trying to be quiet.

The other thing is the cat. Inbetween my room and the bathroom is an overlook and this cat shadow runs between the two everynight. Sometimes he is more human like but mostly just a cat back and forth all night long. I used to think i was the only one who saw it then my friedn asked me if i had a cat. I had never told her about the "cat" before. It's usually black but when its humen like its fleshy colored in spots. Last night it was bad and acutally started scratching my bedroom door.its never done that before. It freaked me out a little bit but it wasnt that big of a deal.

That brings me to Ireland. I have a 1/4 acre backyard and i swear at night it becomes terrifing. My sister calls it ireland simply because she swears she can see many mnay things of irish lore back there at night. Not to mention the Grim that runs free back there at night and on ocasion sits on the back porch. I gotta tell you nothing stops your hart in your throat like looking out your back door on your way to bed and seeing a pair of burning red eyes.

Asher Park,well its really called Kiwanis Park its just a merry go round so seesaws a few spring horses and a whole lot of woods. There is a poltergeist that chills in the woods there and somthing else. Everyone knows that things look different at night. this park it horrible at night. normally the poltergeist is pretty calm not really terrifing or terrorizing everyone once in a while hell give you a shove but he never hurts anyone. The other day i went up there to "play" with two of my sisters one is really bad at paying attention to her suroundings the other one picks up thing the rest of us dont. When we were walking into the park i noticed a really dark shape but blew it off..even tho it gave me chills and so did Storm. But Reign wasnt budging she stood rooted to the spot mumbeling and telling us we had to go so we booked. The next morning Reign went back with another friend and f ound a perfect cirle of dead greens right were the thing stood.we havnt been back since

I live in Southern California so there's ghost stories floating all around here. Like with the Winchester Mansion, the Whaley House, the Queen Mary, etc. There's a couple of ghost stories at my high school that I graduated from. It's one of the oldest schools in the Alhambra area. It's been around since 1889, so there's a lot of history there. There's this one story that's pretty famous about how a girl died in an elevator during an earthquake. There's different versions of how she died. Like one version says that the wire broke and the elevator dropped down, another version says that rubble fell on the the elevator and that's how it fell, and another version says that the elevator got stuck so she stuck her head out and got decapitated. There's also stories about how the pool is haunted and that if you're the last one out or in the middle of the pool, the girl that died there will pull you down. And there's stories about how sometimes late at night you can see a white nun wandering around the Science Wing. I haven't had anything happen to me while I was at that school but some of the sisters there have said that they've seen shadows or heard weird sounds.

And of course, there's the Devil's Gate Reservoir which is like 30 min from my house. They actually mentioned this place on the official Supernatural webpage. This was supposed to be the place where John and Jo's dad where chasing after a hellspawn and Jo's dad died. Well, the story about this place is that there have been 4 mysterious disappearances of children. They would disappear just a couple of yards away from a campsite or from their family. The whole city would search for them but they found no trace of the children other than a jacket and a bicycle. And it's been known that cults go to Devil's Gate to do weird rituals.

As for my own personal experiences, I've had a couple. My brother and I fooled around with a home-made Ouijia board several years ago. Not a very smart thing to do. A couple of weeks after we did that, we started hearing weird sounds. And stuff around our house would actually move! Like, there was this one time that completely freaked out me and my brother. It was in the evening, about 5-ish, and my brother and I were playing video games. We have a big screen tv so we have to sit way at the back of the room so that we don't get motion sickness. Well, while we were playing, my brother's hand ball slammed against the glass sliding door from the inside! We freaked out and just paused the game. We looked quickly at the door to the family room to see if maybe our dad was fooling around with us, but we saw him outside in the back yard. There's no way he could've chucked that ball at us and ran back outside without us noticing him. And then there's no way that my brother and I could've done it because we would've seen each other get up since we were sitting so close to one another. We tried recreating what happened but we couldn't. We even tried knocking it off the cabinet near the sliding door to see if maybe it could've fallen. If the ball did fall, there's no way it could've reached the speed and height that it did. Seriously, it seemed like someone had thrown it! So my brother and I got really freaked out and we watched each other's backs that evening so that nothing else came flying at us.

I've heard of the Winchester Manison. My friend went to it. She even has a snow globe from it. Isn't about a lady who lived in this haunted house so she made a bunch of trap doors and stuff to keep the ghosts away?

Yeah. I know what you mean by living in a place with crazy supernatural stories. What was really creepy is that the other night my mom woke me up and asked me if I was banging. I said no. Then i remembered the banging on the stairs that scared the crap out of me. I was like 'She heard it too'. Creepy. What I found even funny here in Newfoundland is that everyone here that believes in the Supernatural stuff. They all think fairies are evil. When i first heard it i was like what the hell. There are alot of people who believe in it to. I figured out that the thinking of fairies is evil dates back to the time of shakspeare. IN Britain. I was like whoa.

Her family is also the creator of the Winchester rifle, fyi. Winchester being a British last name.

Anyways.

If my head wasn't hurting so bad my vision's blacking in and out, I'd read the others.

But, someone should remind me to go find the stories of my youth pastor, back when "Charlie" was following him around, and then eventually his friend's kid. Those are nightmare inducing, and I don't have nightmares. Not trying to be macho, I just don't. I don't ever remember my dreams anyways. Well...a few, but seriously.

on May 24th every year there are footsteps outside my bedroom door when no one is there...

Lol....Nice. So me and my friends are planning to do soemthing really creepy. There is an abandoned hospital near us and we are planning to go inside and us a Ouji borad. To see what happens. Note: The hospital has been closed for a while and is creepiest this ever.
