Two words : Brandon Heat
xD I just watched the entire Anime in one day... and.. Dear..o_o; It's amazing. If you haven't seen it, go to Mangaspot.com and watch it... Right now... Go! *Points and stomps foot* I demand it..
Seriously, very few Anime I have watched has such a great character development plot. It's so gradual and almost unnoticeable, compared to other series where the main character obtains ungodly skill apparently by drinking water and getting mad. No, Gungrave is different.
o.o If you haven't seen it yet, you should.. and if you say no, someone should kick you in the face. *Operation Step-Ladder*

I've got the whole series sitting in my closet... only reason I'm not watching it is because I don't like to interrupt other activities to start something new, and I'm currently playing Suikoden 3 on the PS2. I borrowed it from a friend, and he seemed to really like it though.

Gungrave was the first anime I ever rented from Blockbuster. First episode = love! 3nodding
I love how it doesn't sugar coat anything, which fits into the whole gang theme. If a character dies, they die. And often in a dramatic or bloody fashion. And the characters are awesome. Although Grave seems insanely tall compared to Mika.
I really should re-watch it at some point. The ending always makes me cry, though. So sad yet so fitting.
