Well, since I joined this guild just now, I will tell of my adventures up to the point....where...I am now.
-clears throat-
Dear Diary:
I have come a long way, it seems. Because of my noob of a computer, it took me a whole day to fully download Maple Story. It was a treacherous quest, but I had finally done it.
The next day I devoted one of my long weekend days to playing (Or trying to play) Maple for 7 hours. It turns out that out of the hundreds of times I have tried to play it, I actually only connected 10 times. It was very frustrating, but my desire to Maple was great, thus I kept trying and trying.
Finally, I decided my eyes have throbbed and suffered enough radiation from the screen, so I went to bed.
What a nice sleep I had...
The next day I had played more Maple, actually getting off that first Island.
I was happy.
I ventured around, fascinated at the other user's avatars, and how awesome they looked.
I dreamed that one day I would look awesome too.
After getting to level 7 in on my first character, Maple decided to freeze on me.
How frustrating.
But oh well, I tried again.
Yet it failed to connect me.
Again and again I had tried to connect, but my character was forver stuck in mid-air in what seemed like nothing-ness.
I decided that was it for the day, seeing how I was irritated.
So I went to bed.
Not such a great sleep there.
Next day I decided to start a new character in Windia. (The previous had been in Mardia). So I had started over again, with new high hopes.
I had managed to reach level six before getting kicked off the computer and forced to get some fresh air.
Which was nice, don't get me wrong.
The next day I had finally reached level 10, just before the long weekend had ended. : D
I was very happy.
The next day I decided I should play so much, but I couldn't resist, I was so close to having a taste of Magician-ness!
So I played once again.
Turns out that I needed 20 int. points.
Goddamnit.
So then I decided to once again, call it a day and watch some good 'ole Arthur.
Now, today, I played a bit, though I still haven't managed to get those 5 more int. points that I need...
But I decided I needed to take a short little break from Maple, seeing how I'm having trouble connecting anyway...
So...yeah. Here I am, typing away...
