well now he needed to be more aggresive he could of taken down naruto and sasuke then even kakashi without killing them so why didn't he to save zabuza???

I don't hate Zabuza.
I just dislike him a bit, I mean I liked him more at the end, but everything was like, I don't like you that much.
I love Haku a lot more though! mrgreen

I love Zabuza-san...
Anyway, the point of his death along with Zabuza-san's was to set the theme for the anime.
The theme is to protect the people most important to you. Haku first said those words. If it weren't for him and Zabuza-san dying for one another...then Naruto wouldn't be the same. Naruto would be complete and utter violence, and no emotion. It is for that reason that Haku (More so than Zabuza.) is constantly remembered throughout the series. So that the theme of the anime will not be forgotten. Everyone has Haku and Zabuza-san to thank for making Naruto truly great.
