Pretty funny Urban Legend. I know I'm having Queen at my funeral.

Very nice. Despite my love of Queen, i want some rousing Scottish drinking song played on the bagpipes at my funeral.

Real nice.
I want a wake; no funeral. Just put me in the ground and go throw a party. I'd rather my life celebrated (in all its greatness. XD) than mourned for no apparent reason. Reminds me of what my grandpa told me when I gave him a box of Big Band music from the 30s... He said, gruffly, "I want this kind of music played at my funeral. Not some pathetic hymns." I intend to carry out his wish. xd
So... I just went through the songs I have on my computer and the top ten in no particular order I'd like played at my funeral are:
1. "Dancin' With Myself" Billy Idol 2. "Gone Fishin'" Louis Armstrong and Bing Crosby 3. "Dirty Little Secret" All American Rejects 4. "Shut Up" Blink 182 5. "When We Die" Bowling for Soup 6. "Masochism Tango" Tom Lehrer 7. "Exitensial Blues" T-Bone 8. "The Nght Comes Down" Queen 9. "Dead Man's Party" Oingo Boingo 10. "Crash the Party" OK Go

Man, who in their right mind would play Candle in the Wind at a funeral? Everything beyond the chorus is unusable, 'cause it's all clearly about Marilyn Monroe, and makes no sense out of context (unless that person lived a very glamorous Hollywood lifestyle). I can understand Bridge Over Troubled Water kinda, but it doesn't make much sense if they're dead now, does it? razz
I'd want them to play Weird Al's One More Minute at my funeral. That'd be good. razz
